On 8/25/2024 I purchased 2 parts from Extreme motor sales. I was told via website that it would take 14 business days to get my parts. On 10/10/2024 I still haven't received my parts but i finally did receive a phone call from them. They stated that I fell into the cracks and that they misplaced my order but rest assure that they have my parts and will be shipping in the next couple days. Well, its 01/08/2025 and i still haven't received my parts that i ordered and paid for. I spend $96.98 for the 2 parts and $24 for shipping for a total of $120.98. It was on order number 7491. I've called multiple times leaving messages because nobody ever picks up the phoine and to this day nobody has returned my messagesInitial Complaint

the date of the sell was on 5/11/2024 i was approved from a finance company for the price of sell i was told to come back in a week for pick up because she had to go change the title to my name out of hers today is 6/9/2024 and i still don't have the title from the company all the calls are forward to voice mail never to get a returned call from no one from the company i don't understand why i can't just get my title to the scooter that i purchased was told thou text that 6/1/2024 that i could come in on 6/4/2024but when i got there ***** gave me a copy of a title i told her i need the original title to go to the dmv but she refused to give it to me i am seeking help to get my title because i don't see the reason the business won't give it to me so i can ride something i have purposedInitial Complaint

Made a purchase on Oct 26, 2023 wrong address was on purchase repeatedly reached out to company via email and calling customer service. No on response until November 10, 2023 , they started an email chain requesting correct address which I replied to immediately with correct information. Nov 15, 2023. I receive an email with a tracking number with the wrong address. Repeatedly reach out. Then send me an email with an invoice for reshipment. I have still not heard back from them it is now Dec 6, 2023. I want my item delivered and not paying for additional delivery. Either hen can refund me my money.Business response

This customer placed an order on our website. She put all of her information, including the billing and shipping address. We sent the item to the shipping address on her order form. She moved to a completely different State.. The item had already been shipped, we received it back, stating that the person had moved from the address. We sent her a redeliver delivery fee for her to pay, and will gladly ship it to her once paid.Initial Complaint

Purchased a golf cart from this company in 2022 and it was delivered personally by them to my home with one of the side mirrors damaged. They committed to providing a replacement, and confirmed that commitment with an email stating they would replace the mirror. Back in November they affirmed their commitment to resolve this issue, but since then they have just ignored my requests. It has been 11 months and they have not yet fulfilled their obligation to provide me with a resolution.Initial Complaint

I ordered some parts online from Extreme Motor Sales on February 22, 2023. I received an email from Extreme Motor Sports after the online purchase with the invoice and showing that it was paid for, they received the funds. I was never given any information about shipping other than what I read on their website stating that it takes 7-14 business days. After 14 days passed without receiving my order in the mail I waited another 7 days and then called Extreme Motor Sales. I have been calling their phone for almost 2 weeks now and have not ONE TIME had a person answer the phone. I have even tried all 3 extensions given when you call their number and no one answers on none of them, it goes to voicemail. I have left multiple voicemails asking for someone to please return my call, leaving my name, number, and invoice number. No one has ever called me back. Now I have started sending them emails, which I have not received a reply too yet as well either. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I need to know where my order is at or I need a refund ASAP.Initial Complaint

Place the order on November 14th and they received the The money on the 15th which I got an email stating that and it says I will receive my item within 7 to 14 days wants to receive the money it's been over 10 business days and my item has still not yet been shipped out ., By experience I do know it takes 45 business days from ******* to get to ******* so even if they sent it out I will not receive it within that 714 days but ***** and sales does not want to send my order out... ***** has been rude and disrespectful over the phone and through emails and will not provide customer service and all she wants to do is give me a refund And I am a first time buyer.. You can never get ahold of anybody when you all in the morning afternoon evening it doesn't matter what time it always goes directly to voicemailCustomer response

urchased a scooter from Extreme Motor Sales on 24 July 2022 via the internet. Never received a response other than the transaction went through. Sent several emails and did receive response from Heidi, who said they would ship 7-11 days after the documentation was completed. I asked what documentation, no response. Sent several more message and finally Heidi said they sent the documentation through email. I replied I never received it. Finally on 4 August Tina sent the documentation which I promptly completed. Then, nothing. I made calls to all numbers listed and left messages, with no response. Sent another email asking the order to be canceled any a refund issued on 18 August 2022. That evening, received an email from Tina saying the item would ship the next day. Nothing. No response, no contact, no scooter, no shipping information.Initial Complaint

Purchased go-kart on July 16, 2021.Original purchased on June 29 for $6176.99, including shipping. Was called and told the price was incorrect and I had to pay more. Was billed $6507.79 on July 16. Then was informed I had to pay a separate shipping fee, billed on August 13 in the amount of $520.Received go-kart August 19. We didn't use it until October, as it was a birthday present for my son. The motor locked up after just a few hours. We had already changed the oil after 2 hours, per recommendation, and not gone more than half acceleration. We had a small engine mechanic look at it and he confirmed the engine is locked up and it is purely mechanical.Business refuses to honor warranty and will no longer respond to emails or phone calls. I would love for them to honor warranty, even of they just provide us with a replacement motor. But if not I'd like to return this non working machine for a refund.Initial Complaint

I had purchased a trike scooter and when I finally got it much later when I was told in the meantime I had filed a dispute because they would never answer any kind of my messages letting me know when to expect it so then when they was told I filed it then a few days later I got the bike but right before I got it I canceled the dispute but now they will not send me my paperwork or title they told me that there bank said the funds would not be released until April 15th, so I tried to get back in touch with them and finally Tina had sent me a text saying it will be at least 50 more days because they didn't recieve the funds when they were suppose to so I called my bank 3 times and they reassured me that they got there money awhile ago so when I left them plenty more messages I get an email from them saying another dispute was filed on April 13th and she sent me a copy and its not from me it has a totally different price plus its not my card number she sent me somebody else's information. I just don't know what to do at this point all I want is my paperwork and title I have this trike just sitting here I cannot drive it because I can't get a plate without a title, please get back to me on this matter I just want my title and everyday I try to call and text and no return from anybody.
