NIGHTMARE. My floors look like garbage. I have been MORE than patient with **** - hoping to not have to write a BAD review, but this experience has been horrible. I hired him in JANUARY 2024 to clean my tile and SEAL my grout. He said it would take 1 day and this turned into him being here for 4 days over 2 weeks. I keep a clean house, and clean floors, but really wanted them professionally cleaned and SEALED. I did NOT want to have to seal it myself. The cleaning of my tile was fine (day one). Floors looked good, but he didn't finish because it was damp and the floors weren't drying fast enough. Day 2 he came back and said he would "seal" the floors, opting to cover all surfaces with a swiffer type applicator, and not just the grout lines. The next day, I noticed a ton of areas that were missed and other areas that were SUPER BLOTCHY. He said he didn't put it on thick enough, so he had to go over it all again (day 3). 2 days after this, it was still blotchy and coming up off the tile. There has never been anything on my floors to make this happen AND they were JUST cleaned by HIM! Now I have high shine on some areas and dull areas/spots ALL OVER THE ****** He left me some solution to touch up and the container said "High Traffic Floor POLISH" - NOT A SEALER! And not what we discussed. So I decided to go to the store and purchase ACTUAL GROUT SEALER, put some down, and did a side-by-side comparison of his vs mine. My SEALER 100% repelled the water I applied and his just absorbed it. I let him know this and he agreed that it looked terrible, but has refused to acknowledge that he did NOT SEAL my grout. Instead, he decided to COME BACK (Day 4) and remove whatever it was that he put on my floors. This is the 3rd time I had to move all of my furniture and rugs etc and make sure I could be home for the 6-8 hours he was here AGAIN. The smell of the chemicals drove me out of the house. I work from home and this was a completely wasted day. He dumped the chemical waste into my front planter beds which also contained globs of the white residue that was being removed - leaving a mess outside as well. I was out on my back porch with the kids after school and I heard it get quiet - he just LEFT unannounced and left a massive MESS inside. There was residue everywhere on my floors - white blotchy areas, thick white residue in my grout lines, lots of BIG GLOBS under the couches and the same stuff was flung up on my walls and all over my baseboards. GROSS and INEXCUSABLE! I sent him pictures and again, he agreed that it was a mess and that he would come back another day to clean it. OMG - NO! I didn't want him back for the 5th time. I wanted my house put back together. I spent 6 hours just that night cleaning the walls and baseboards and trying to get some of it out of my grout so that my kids and dog didn't get into it. Every day I see more places and I have to get mineral spirits and a scrub brush and work on the area. He has refused to give a full refund ($600) and offered $200 - which he has NOT refunded after months of this BACK and FORTH. He is NOT honest and not competent. I have been MORE than patient with this whole experience, giving ***** and time, but I have reached my limit. I have ALL of this documented in photos, videos, emails, and texts and have been advised to take it to small claims court and BBB. However he tries to "defend" his point of view is just an excuse. I paid good money just to be left with a BIG MESS and have to SEAL my grout with an actual SEALER myself. So disappointed, frustrated and angry with the experience and his deceitfulness about providing a refund. (Providing a sample of images. I have all texts and emails between us as well. Said he would send a partial refund and just gives excuses.)

I hired **** at Orlando Tile and Grout Steam Cleaning to steam clean my carpets for a price of $150. Even at that price, I was reluctant to hire him over the option of borrowing a friend's steam cleaner and doing the job myself. When I called to check the progress, I was asked if I wanted him to also do the grouts while he was there. Not thinking that it was a big job or even an additional cost (since I was not quoted a price), I said "okay". I arrived at my house less than 5 minutes later with a liquid chemical all over my floors, at which time I was told that the grout cleaning would significantly increase the price. When informed of the price, I said, "Forget it then. I just planned on mopping the floor myself", which should have been obvious since the only items left in the tiled area of the house that I am selling were cleaning supplies, a mop, and a bucket. He seemed to accept my response and said that he would just have to clean up the chemicals that he had already put down. For some reason this took a couple of hours. Then he sprung on me the bill, $450!So basically, I paid three times the price that I had agreed to pay because he conveniently "forgot" to mention the significant additional charge to clean the grouts in a house that I am selling. I shared what I have written above with **** and he claimed that he would refund me the money for the service that I had canceled but which he charged me for anyway. This promise was made on November 7th. When I texted him about the refund on November 14th, he claimed that it it would take 3-5 days for the refund to show on my credit card account. It is now November 19th and there is still no evidence that he has refunded me the money. It should also be noted that the carpet stains that he was hired to remove are faded, but still visible.

All I received was an email receipt. I have attached 3 screen shots of that email to get everything in. I have also included the November 14th text message where I asked the company about the refund that was promised to me on November 7th. The company's response was that it would take 3-5 days to show up on my credit card statement. I am still waiting.

Please confirm that you received my 4 attachments. I don't see any evidence on this site that my receipt and text screenshots were attached to my complaint.

In response to your question, the payment was made directly to the business. The guy who I believe is the owner of this one man business (****) had a device that he used to take my credit card payment.
