Attention: I would never recommend buying a vehicle from Arcadia Chevrolet. These people are bogus. I bought a vehicle and was told I couldn't get it the same day because they needed to put a part on it. I waited almost 48 hours before getting my truck, and it still wasn't fixed. I needed my vehicle to take my kids to a doctor's appointment and could bring it back by the day they promised. Fast forward almost two to three weeks later, and now they're saying they can't fix my truck because I bought it 'as is.' However, they told me it would be fixed, saying I stated I'll have it fixed somewhere else. In reality, I told them if they can't fix the minor issue, I'll go somewhere else. Hurry up and put me in the vehicle (not fixed). Now they're claiming I have to pay out of pocket again to have something fixed that they told me they would fix. They even charged me $1,184 in a delivery fee, and nobody delivered the vehicle to me; I came and got it. If they don't want to fix this problem, I'll go to a lawyer because why sell a vehicle straight off the lot like that? I'm so livid; I'm not paying anything else to have something done. I will never go back. After speaking with a service agent, they told me that they would look at my headlight. When asked if there would be a cost to look at it, the answer was no. When I brought the car in, the price changed. It was now $140 to diagnose it. I drove 40 miles to this dealership shop and 40 miles back, costing me about $25 in gas. Apparently they don’t know the value of a dollar. Then I received two sales calls from that dealership asking me to come in a trade in the vehicle. Seriously? Treat customers with respect in service, then we’ll talk.

They are the worst mechanics ever. I have had my vehicle in there at least four time. They do not have a clue on what they are doing. My transmission is still not fixed. My car now has been there for a month. What kind of business are they running? When will my car be ***********? This is getting old with themReview from Anthony D

stay clear of this place.. service manger and dealership manger one is worse than the other, this company has gone to complete and total ****.,these two mangers need to b fired. what a shame.

The customer has a 2006 Dodge truck with Over 180k miles. Which he purchased over six years ago. Customer has a blown head gasket (no warranty on his 16 hear old vehicle and wants us to fix free. No dealership in the country would fix a 16 year old vehicle for free.
We request you close and eliminate his complaint.
