    I have been to Radifi Credit Union locations (************************************* and ******************************************) specifically for coin release seven or more times, and only once have quarters been released to me. Nearly every time I request quarters from these locations they refuse to give them to members, stating that quarters are in the vault. The supervisor has one half of the combination while the staff have the other half of the combination. They are almost always unable to distribute coins upon request due to the unavailability of a supervisor. I hate coming to these locations and not getting the simple things that I ask for (i e. quarters). This is a poor customer service experience.Another thing that contributed to the poor customer service experience is staff's unwillingness to open a checking account on Saturdays as well as the low priority they give to members in drive thru. Members wait at least 10 minutes in the drive thru area.Train staff and have supervisors available to open checking accounts and give out bank cards any bank business day of the week that the bank is open, including Saturdays.Give staff the entire combination code to the vault and authorized access to the vault as needed, or always proactively have a superabundance of coins available for members every time they come in Monday through Saturday.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    Staff changes were made. Now supervisors are more regularly available and coins are accessible. I should never have had to do this. Shame on you! Thank you for your response and support with this issue.
