My brother went into Ave Maria Dentistry for a routine cleaning. This office insisted he needed a "deep cleaning" but after insisting so aggressively numerous times to pay and schedule right then and there via doctors orders he didn't feel right about the situation so he asked to sign a waiver assuming he could simply get the regular cleaning instead. They again insisted it was something he must do under doctor's orders and medically needed before they could continue with his care. My brother wisely walked off and got a second opinion. At this second dental office they informed him it would be in his benefit to do so but not necessary. My brother continued with the regular cleaning but unfortunately had to return to Ave Maria Dentistry to do the filling. He is a retired vet and lives off a fixed income so this made the most since financially. This is actually we're his trouble begins. He did the filling on the 12th of October. He noticed some tingling and numbing on his tounge and upset stomach but didn't give it much thought assuming it would soon go away. Days later after a long weekend he still was very sick and the numbing sensation was still there. He had to attend school so he blew it off. Unfortunately his condition only worsened so much so that he lost at least 20 lbs and was so sick he had to leave school simply to attend to his stomach issues. Once he came to me I implored he go into the hospital but being a vet he assured me it he could ride it out. I compromised and pushed for him to call the dentist and let them know of his extreme symptoms. He instead walked into the initial dentist office in Ave Maria where they kept telling him that the doctor was unavailable. He then was able to get an appointment with them to finally see the doctor TODAY after loosing another 10 pounds and still dealing with the tingling sensation. He insisted he has no choice due to his financial situation. But no one deserves this type of treatment no matter thier finances!

I delayed writing this review for over a year because I wanted to provide a fair assessment. However, recent interactions prompted me to share my disappointing experience with Ave Maria Dentistry. On December 7, **23, I contacted Ave Maria Dentistry and spoke with *****, expressing my intention to share my experience through a review. I specifically sought to provide Dr. ********************** ****** an opportunity to address and rectify the issues I encountered. However, despite my outreach, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from the office.This place is HORRIBLE. To them, you are just a number and not an actual patient. I had terrible experiences with both Dr. ********************* and Dr. ********************** ******. THE SHORT VERSION: I paid for THREE crows; only one is currently in my mouth AND was not fitted correctly, as verified via X-rays by two dentists. I also ended up losing a tooth in the process (one of the teeth that was fitted for a crown now has a lesion on the side of the gums).THE DETAILED VERSION:My journey began with Dr. ********************* for fillings in **21, which left me unsatisfied due to excess product and subsequent adjustments. In **22, seeking treatment for a bridge replacement, I went to Ave Maria Dentistry and requested Dr. ********************** ******'s involvement, and that is when my treatment plan took an unexpected turn.The proposed solution deviated from a bridge replacement to three new crowns on (#**, #**, #**) and an implant on (#**), a decision seemingly driven by monetary gain. During the process, multiple issues arose. Impressions for the crowns seemed mishandled, and subsequent attempts to fit the crowns proved unsuccessful.I cannot detail my entire experience because there is a character limit....
