I bought several machines from Wattum Management a few years ago and also contracted with them to host the machines. After a very short period, they claimed there were issues with their facility and they were moving the machines to another location. After several months with no answer to texts, calls, emails, certified letters, and all other methods of communication, I gave up on them and considered it a total loss. I was fully paid with absolutely nothing due, and even future months pre-paid.Two weeks ago, out of the blue, I got an email from the company with a ticket opened, saying that they were processing an account termination agreement. I thought I might actually get some reimbursement and they were trying to take responsibility for their earlier criminal activities. However, when the document finally came through it was essentially trying to get me to give up any rights to go after them legally, as well as an NDA on their activities, with no reimbursement at all, and in fact a request that I pay $267 for some imagined costs that they had with the machines that had ceased to exist years ago. I've moved on from all this. But there is absolutely no way that I'm paying them MORE money after all that.

Wattum Management, *** (our company) is not a ****************** platform, and our only legitimate websites / websites associated with our company and name are wattummanagement.com and wattum.io. Unfortunately, the website this individual claims to have accessed is not associated with our company, and as such is likely a scammer site that is using our company name without our permission, and without our knowledge. As this website and situation as a whole is not related to our company, the complaint against us is not valid and there is nothing that can be done to assist the individual on our end.

On January 30,2023 we purchased two mining devices for a grandtotal of ****** usd , the invoice number #SD3769 has been sent over to us, and we promptly paid it. Unfortunately, as Wattum Management **** has admitted multiple times (see texts and images) , it was their fault and they shipped it to a wrong address which is different from the one we had specified in the order. Unfortunately, to date we never received the devices. Although Wattum Management has always reassured that they were about to reship to the correct address as we gave to them in the first place, after 4 months we never received anything. Order number is the invoice #SD3769 .

I am filing my second complaint against this company. It's getting old dealing with them. To be ignored by them after spending a lot of money is frustrating. I'm still trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do with their new system. The system was changed last week. I have been trying to get a better understanding of the new system since last Friday. In the crypto market, there is too much volatility, which causes me to lose money while waiting for an explanation.

Our apologies for the delayed response, we only recently regained access to our BBB account. We regret that your situation took so long to resolve, but we hope you can agree that the resolution was relatively amicable in the end. We are now under new management and have streamlined many of the processes that fell short of your expectations. We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your patronage and express our regret that we were unable to continue providing services to you. We hope that should you require mining and hosting in the future, youll give us the opportunity to provide the level of service you deserve.

Please note he is still a customer of **********************'s.

I entered into a contract with Wattum as an individual consumer on 9/9/2021 for 20 new Antminer S19j Pro Bitcoin miners plus a hosting agreement to collocate them in a datacenter of theirs where they would provide power, cooling, etc. One of the 20 was defective when it was delivered. I immediatel opened a ticket to report it when they were delivered and powered on in Jan 2022. They failed to DOA it in time with manufacturer and decided to get it repaired. The repair center shipped it back to Wattum after repair and wattum lost it. They have yet to refund me or deliver an equivalent new replacement. Wattum is past the 180 days (March 12, 2022) allotted in the agreement to deliver, it did not notify me that it was requesting a 60 day extension (May 11, 2022). They are not responding to my requests to talk to someone in their accounting or billing departments.

Our apologies for the delayed response, we only recently regained access to our BBB account. Im sorry that your experience with us was not 100% positive. Your unit was connected at a newer facility and while the repair process was not immediate, we followed the manufacturers warranty process. We sent the unit to an authorized repair center in *******, and the unit was indeed lost in transit. We apologize that our offered appeasement did not match your expectations, but we would certainly like the opportunity to rectify this matter. We are now under new management and have worked to ensure a mishap like yours does not occur again. Please contact us at your earliest convenience via *********************************.

Additionally, we've been trying to reach ******************* to no avail. Please see attached Request for Contact that has been sent via email and certified mail. We are trying to resolve, but customer has not replied to any of our attempts via phone or email.

I purchased $69,960 in computers from Wattum Management **** in Feb 2022. They have never sent the original order, provided a refund, or supplied a replacement order. I have text messages and emails from Wattum where multiple employee's have admitted they are at fault. I can provide these if necessary.
