    This complaint is written for my nephew who died suddenly a few months ago. His father lives in ******* and his English is limited. It was recently discovered that my nephew was storing number of his items with Ayal international movers in ** and he planned to have them shipped to *******. He had apparently paid $25,000 so far for their services. Mr. **** is demanding additional payment of $21,****** issues with his demands are multiple:1. There is no rental or any other agreement which is not a standard in storage and moving business. It removes considerably clarity of their arrangement, particularly since the person involved in this arrangement is no longer with us.When asked why there is no agreement, he claims he doesn't have storage. Yet his charges for storage are over $20,000,2.Some charges are not clear and appear excessive -e.g. $11,798 for origin services. When I requested breakdown of those charges, he is unwilling to comply.3.There are some other conflicting statements that are apparent from our email communication (enclosed)-he states there are 7 storage units and in another the number is 12.

    Thank you for reaching out regarding the charges associated with the storage and shipment of Mr. ***** belongings. Please accept our condolences for your loss; we understand this is a difficult time for your family.
    While we sympathize with the unexpected passing of Mr. ***** the storage services we have provided since 2022 have incurred regular charges as agreed. Additionally, should you wish to proceed with shipping the items from the ************* to the *************** the associated charges for this service have also been clearly outlined.
    We have previously discussed this matter with a couple of members of the Voda family to ensure clarity regarding the costs and responsibilities. Unfortunately, we can no longer hold the shipment at a loss to our company. If payment is not received or shipping arrangements are not finalized, we will have no choice but to proceed in accordance with the terms outlined in our warehousemans lien contract, which permits the disposal of goods after reasonable notice.
    We urge you to make a decision soon to avoid further action. If you have any remaining questions or wish to move forward with payment or shipping arrangements, please contact us directly.

    Reasons for rejection have been extensively described in previously attached emails. Their reasoning was often contrary and  didnt make sense.

    While we truly sympathize with your situation, we would like to clarify that the storage services weve been providing since 2022 have been subject to regular charges, as outlined in our initial agreement. Furthermore, should you decide to proceed with shipping the items from the ************* to the **************, we want to remind you that all associated costs for this service were clearly communicated.
    We have previously engaged in discussions with several members of the Voda family to ensure transparency regarding the charges and responsibilities. However, we have yet to receive legal guidance from the family about the official legal representative for ***************** Additionally, we have not received any documentation, such as a death certificate or other legal paperwork, to confirm the status of **************** and the rightful party to make decisions on behalf of the shipment.
    Given that we are unable to continue storing the goods without payment or a clear resolution on shipping arrangements, we must inform you that if payment is not made or shipping instructions are not finalized, we will have to take the necessary steps as per the terms outlined in our warehousemans lien contract, which may include disposal of the goods after providing reasonable notice.
    We kindly ask that you make a decision at your earliest convenience to prevent further action.
