I went to *** and asked for the sensor in my tire to be replaced/fixed so the sensor fault light would turn off. My truck was pulled in and over an hour later, it was done. They charged me 80.00$. I went to my truck and got in and the light was still on, I got out and talked to office person and a different mechanic and told them the light was still on. She told me that they could not do that, that i need to replace all my tires. I replied they charged me 80$ to tell me that and do nothing else. I left after refusing to get tires through them. A few days later, I went to another business and explained the same problem to them. They took my truck in immediately, did some checking and took off tire, took it and did some work, put tire back on, brought my truck back out in thirty plus minutes. I checked the truck and the sensor light was not on, the mechanic told me what the sensor on tire is and how it was fixed. Also i asked if i needed new tires and he said no, just the sensor replacement. I did not discuss what GSA said and did not do but i realized that GSA was trying to take advantage of me. I am older, female, medical problems which i told them is reason i could not leave my truck there and needed it. The point is, they lied and tried to up sell from a sensor to expensive tires i did not need. The mechanics i am sure are good but the front office trying to talk over a mechanic when a question is asked is not right. I could of been told the same thing without spending 80$ . That was just pure wrong. After going to another business who did things the right way and explained everything, proved to me to ask for a refund. I wish for my 80$ refund to be sent to me. Thank You.
