            Hired this business to remodel a shower. They tried to bait and switch us with a non functioning shower pan full of leaks that did not match the wall system used, they did unapproved plumbing work without proper licensing, damaged flooring throughout the home, and left the barhrooom in total disrepair. I was able to contact them and they agreed to refund our money, stood me up on an agreed meet time to resolve the issue, and never returned my calls after months of attempts. I have also found out others in the area have faced similar problems with this company taking their money and disappearing with deposits.He also uses many different business names and locations throughout a couple county area that is based in *************, *******. A contract was executed, text and phone messages were also saved for reference.

            Robert Fowler attempted to use his financing for home repairs under another business to repair my truck. He does not have a legitimate mechanic business and is trying to use the financing available under his restoration business, which according to the website is only for home repairs. He also never returned to finish the work and it took me going to social media to recoup some of my money that I had already paid him. He has done this to a few other people that I will encourage to make a report here as well. I have filed a police report in *************.

            Robert Fowler under KB Restoration of Florida - signed a contract and took money for both a siding job, as well as an interior remodel. Both of which he has failed to complete. He took thousands of dollars in material that he refuses to provide to us. He stopped showing up to complete the jobs he agreed too and was paid for. We had to hire a new PROFESSIONAL company to entirely tear down what shotty work Robert had completed and start over. He operates under multiple LLCs and has stolen thousands of dollars from other people as well. We paid him for a window that was broken - he did not return with the window and refuses to refund the money. We asked for $9,000 paid back to us to cover part of the cost of a company to complete the siding job, Robert refuses to pay and refuses to bring the material we paid for. We are requesting a refund in the entire amount paid for the siding job AND material we paid for that we did not receive. This totals well over $20,000.

            5/2/23 contract signed 5/5/23 work started and finished. Work was for a deck rebuild. $2,825 per the contract but paid an additional $800 for additional joists on 5/5/23. The joists are spaced 32" apart vs. 16", the cinder blocks that joists are placed on top are sitting on dirt and not held down in anyway, boards are not held together properly.
