Since we moved into our trademark home, we have had issue after issue. We had to have our floors redone, and when doing so we found out that our floors are so creaky upstairs and make so much noise when walking on them because they didnt glue them down prior to nailing them down. Now our sink is falling down, And upon further inspection instead of using the metal claps that they were supposed to use when installing it, they jerryrigged a couple pieces of wood to hold it up. The quality of their work is so poor. I have never met anyone, Who after living in one of trademarks homes had anything good to say. How they are still allowed to build at this quality I will never know. For such an expensive home purchase you would expect much better.

Don't know if he is a good builder, but by the way he leaves his job sites and destroys the streets in the neighborhoods he builds in, I would say not. Doesn't believe in erosion control and lets the mud and run off from his properties pour into the streets. Makes no attempt to control run off, mud or trash from his job sites. I would not recommend!

Horrible. The lies and excuses have been going on for over 2 years and there is no end in site. ********************* will promise you the world and, so far, has delivered a walnut. This so called 'custom builder' fails more inspections than he passes, doesn't fix the issues he failed for, and somehow passes the reinspections? Custom he is not. He ignores customer requests and/or blatantly refuses to do what his customer had requested in the contract. He takes the cheapest route to do everything and the construction site looks like a bomb went off with garbage and food waste everywhere. The materials he uses are cheap, the workmanship sub par, and anything he doesn't want to comply with he'll submit a waiver for so his friends at the building department will look the other way. What do you say to someone like this? Well, can't say much because, like building houses, communication is not one of his stronger suits. With so many ways to communicate in today's world it should be easy but, nope, not a peep from him ever. The only time you will hear from this guy is when he wants more money and, while reaching for the check, he'll spew more promises and lies your way. Save yourself the headache that me and many others are currently experiencing. Stay far away Trademark Homes.

Stay away from Trademark Stay away from Trademark, aka ******* ************, a dysfunctional and a drama filled company, they don't follow through on their permits, and your build will be delayed and sit with no work done while the (2) owners and PM are building their houses. The owner/designer and team do not work with you once you sign the contract and they do not build according to contract and will lie to you as to why they didn't. They blame it on the county and inspectors, but I've looked up the codes and found out they lied. They also do not honor Veterans and the VA guidelines. We have been yelled at by the owner and disrespected on numerous occasions. There are other who have had the same issues unfortunately Trademark are not honorable to their word or promises. Be forewarned and do your research, checked the Better Business Bureau website for complaints on builders you are looking at. It's a lot of money and you deserve top notch treatment. They have excuse after excuse as to why your house isn't done on time. Very biased against Veterans and VA loans. Check Better Business when researching builders. Wish we had.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Trademark Homes, and I must say that it was extremely disappointing. Their inefficiency, lack of attention to detail, poor workmanship, and lack of communication were glaring throughout the entire process. From the outset, it was evident that Trademark Homes lacked organization and efficient proper management. The land was cleared on April 29, 2021, yet the block and trusses weren’t completed until November 2021. Then over the course of the building process, our house sat for weeks, even a month at a time with no work done. In addition, our paperwork was lost not once, but twice. Furthermore, the lack of attention to detail in their work was evident in the finished product. The craftsmanship was subpar, with visible false and shoddy finishes in various areas of the house. Some examples are trim work, baseboards on backward, crooked walls, columns not squared, and doors not completely painted. It was disheartening to see such a lack of care and precision in their work, especially considering the substantial investment we made. One of the most frustrating aspects of our experience was the poor communication. Throughout the project, it was challenging to get updates or receive timely responses to our inquiries. For the most part, we only heard from them if they needed to “verify” something or after we initiated the communication, and mostly this was due to wrong items delivered or installed and then coordinating work to get done. This lack of communication only exacerbated the already frustrating situation. Overall, I cannot recommend Trademark Homes based on my experiences. Their inefficiency, lack of attention to detail, poor workmanship, and lack of communication made the entire process extremely disappointing. I would advise all potential homeowners to make sure they have done their research before choosing Trademark Homes to build their homes.
