Dropped package off on 12/17/24 With ***** Claimed she was store manager. Paid $56.98 dollars to send package to ******. She gave options and said best was to send it with *** via USPS.Package was due at delivery location by 12/19/24. Went in 12/26/24 and ***** claimed she knew nothing and file claim with ****. ***** claimed she was the sole owner of the store and she had no supervisor. She is not the owner as shown on BBB site. The tracking number clearly showed that the package had not left her store until the 12/23/24. She blamed a **** postal carrier by name for the failure of contract to deliver package from *** to ****. The package has not been delivered as of 12/28/24.I cannot make a claim with the **** as I do not hold a contract with them. The failure of delivery occurred with ***** at the *** by holding the package from 12/19/24 through 12/23/24 as shown in attached tracking history. *** owes me $56.98 for failure to deliver to **** on per terms of service. ***** was extremely unprofessional and blamed other people for her failure. This would have been simple had she not lied regarding supervisory position and ownership and would have placed her energy into solving the matter.

Customers compliant is for a different **********************, we are individually owned and operated locations. Our location is store #****, not the location listed on the customer's receipt.

I appreciate Mr. ****** frustration with the scan from the post office web site, As I tried to explain to him the postal carrier picks up every day and NOTHING is ever held over, please see pick up record attached showing the pick up. I spoke with our regular mail carrier, and she also acknowledged picking the package up on the 17th from my shop.

Also attached is the *** Mr. ***** signed acknowledging he was shipping postal service and as such was not guaranteed a delivery date or refundable. That being said I offered to try to reach out once the package was delivered to **** and see if there were any options as it was clearly picked up on the 17th and they did not scan it into their system until much later.

as for the other accusation on miss representing myself as the owner, a quick search on my store website, or Sunbiz will clearly show that I am indeed the sole owner of the shop.

Please let me know if I can provide any more information regarding this unfortunate situation.

    Complaint: 22740596

I am rejecting this response because:
The owner is still blaming an outside entity for her failure to get the package stamped for delivery by the **** as she accepted the money she is responsable for the delay.

Plain and simple due to her personal relationship with the carrier and unethical business practice of moving paid packages without tracking them my son still does not have the package as of 1/2/24 . She let the package leave without verification of acceptance from the outside entity. The package was improperly handled on her part.

She did not assure that the business transaction between her accepting payment and the package being tracked into the next carrier charge safely and legally was concluded.

Money is still owed to me for failure of delivery in full. Nothing less is acceptable.

My signiture was based on ethical business standards that were not met at her facility. To allow packages that you accepted money for and not have them signed for by the next carrier is exactly why her business needs to reported. This is not industry standard. All packages need to be tracked at all stages for this is the reason for this claim. Her unproffesional demeaner is still evident in this transmission.

    Sincerely,

    **** *****
