            ********************** apartments which Im a resident at would not give me the information I was seeking about he renewal process and termination process. We were told many times we would receive an email with this information and said we were coming to the office too early. After trying to get this information many times we were now too late for our 60 day notice. The office claimed the emails never went out and there was a glitch in their system. They told us we signed the lease stating we would do the 60 day notice even though we told them their system doesnt even allow us access to this lease. They are telling us now we would need to pay an extra months rent for this which is ***** for our late notice even though we contacted them multiple times and was told we needed to wait for an email. Now they are lying about what was said and refuse to give out the owners information. I shared a screenshot of what the link they sent us said over 15 days late. The link doesnt even work. I also shared a screen shot of myself trying to contact the office with not response from the team about renewal process to see if the price would fit my budget. Obviously after all this I do not want to work with this business. With no response thats when I started seeing them in person. And now they claim when I met with them in person they dont remember and they have too many residents to know who I am, even thought they said they would give the information on the processes. Very disappointed with the management team.

            Hello,

            The residents were informed that they will not be charged the one month insufficient notice fee; they were also informed that, since the roommate amendment form was never completed by all parties, the person who was added on is not a lease holder of the home, and as such, their current notice to vacate is not valid.  Since the roommate amendment form was not completed correctly, the original lease holders are still responsible for all facets of the lease, including the need to give notice to vacate the unit.  If this is not done, prior to the lease expires, it will automatically roll over to month-to-month.  All of this has been explained to all leaseholders, and as of this date, we still have not received a notice to vacate from the leaseholders.

            I have been trying to get a resolution for my security deposit not being returned and I am currently being avoided by everyone in relation with this rental/property company

            Good afternoon Brea,

            Hope this email finds you well and in good health!

            We had a complaint from a former resident, Mss. *************************, for her security deposit on 7/13 ID ********. I believed this case was closed as unresponsive from us.

            Now, the letter went to our corporate office and got lost to be provided to the responsible party to respond, I received this notification on Tuesday 8/29, but I was unable to respond anymore at your website.

            ************** already received his check #**** for $602.97 on 7/24 (she picked up from our leasing office) Delay was due to management change, of which we explained to Mss. ***********

            Can you please advise if is anything else we can do to this case or was just closed without a response from us.
