***** and perfecto capital fought tooth and nail down to the bone for this deal, it was guaranteed to fall through before they took over and what I can say in this review barely scratches the surface. I was seeking and going through funding on this property for about 6 months, I got into process with over a dozen lenders who all promised things they couldn't fulfill. It could not have been any closer to the wire than it was. Perfecto went above and beyond to make this happen for us, this deal was pure chaos from start to finish and it shows this companies professionalism that they were able to take the flaming bag of s*** that landed on their doorstep and turn it into a closed loan where so many others completely failed to do so. I leaned dozens of invaluable lessons, and I have war stories I can tell to future clients and my grandchildren, all because perfecto refused to give up.Review from Lycan P
