This company advertises the ability to prescribe medications to people without appointments. I was sick with COVID and afraid of getting severely sick given my risk factors and wanted a Paxlovid prescription. Their website claimed I could have one without a visit and that they were in network with my insurance provider for out of state care (*****). I filled out their online paperwork only to be told that I did need an appointment and because I was sick and afraid, I agreed to that visit, especially knowing they were in network with my insurance. This company's provider saw me for less than 10 minutes virtually. Their billing department was provided a copy of my insurance card which clearly states that out of state care is to be billed to CIGNA. Per their billing statement, they billed Medical Mutual, so the claim was denied. They tried to bill my insurance for $1500!!!!! They wrote off $1400 and left me with $78.75. My copay for urgent care is $40 and my copay for telehealth is $10. I should owe no more than $40. I received a billing statement 1/16/25 and was emailed again 1/18/25 at 4:23 AM that they would be charging my card automatically on 1/19/25, less than 24 hours later, for the $78.75. Their company is IMPOSSIBLE to reach via email or phone and they state to expect responses in 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS when they only give YOU less than 24 hours' notice that they are about to charge you nearly $100. They have TERRIBLE reviews on ******** and Trustpilot and their website has FAKE ****** reviews on it and a link to leave a ****** review that goes NO WHERE because they do not have a ****** business page (assuming because of all the negative reviews!). They have multiple websites, multiple Facebooks, and are charging folks incorrectly and without any warning. They provide no recourse. They force people into telehealth appointments after promising them they wouldn't need one to get their scripts and then charge exorbitant fees!!! I cannot afford $78.75!!!!

I signed up for services on 11/27 and I input all information for the *** I also included my health insurance information, which I saw was accepted by the company. I wanted to speak with a ** virtually. I instead received a text stating that helix could not assist me and that I needed to go to an urgent care for assistance. That was the extent of my 'visit' which provided me with 0 assistance. Then on 1/6 I saw that i was charged $78.91. I attempted to call the customer service number, but was met with a automated message stating that the company does not check for any voicemails left. I sent an email and received an a response stating that I was charged for services provided. When I asked what services was provided, I got a general answer and an apology for the inconvenience. I need my money to be refunded. Because I did not receive any service whatsoever. Other than a text message telling me that this company could not assist me.

The company helixvm is falsely advertising medical visits with no video visit on their homepage. Then after you pay they flood with you text messages and emails to schedule a video call. This is false advertising and they are claiming I wasted THEIR time and cancelled too late. How is that possible when I just created the visit. I want my money back. They are scammers

I ordered an online doctor visit to get a prescription refill for my sciatica. The company sent an email with fake document downloads. The contact is a scam. The contact is reassuring payment will be processed. I did not receive service. I will not receive service. The company did not add any information to the portal, but says its charging my insurance company. However, they will charge me if the insurance company is out of network. They did not give me a referral, a lab order or anything else. It is a fake email with fake document upload links. It is a scam. There is not an order number or tracking number. They said they will charge $95.00 if the insurance company will not pay. That would be fine if I received a service, but I did not receive any service.

i was not aware of the charges that would be filed against my card, i only authorized one charge for the services and my card was continuously being charged several times every 2 weeks even after i tried to call customer support with no answer and no response to emails. they have tried to drain my bank account and continuously bill me for my transactions but i never authorized any of them except for the first one. before i cancelled my card the last charge was on 10/17 so a couple weeks before that is when the ******** first occurred. i would like majority of my money back or some type of compensation for money that i made very clear i did not want taken from my account. my bank was not able to issue me refunds as helix vm provided proof that i gave my credit card number to them however i did not authorize any charges except the first one. i just want my money back and headache away. the rest of the charges were billed to me but i did not pay them as i changed my card and would like for all of those to be removed.

Monday, December 23rd, 2024 they (HelixVM) attempted to charge my card $139.75 after a medical video visit which was advertised with a questionnaire to see if you would be eligible for a medical review with video visit and possible prescription for illness. They (HelixVM) say at the bottom of the email to contact them if you wish to stop the contract and charge. They were contacted and never replied. Sent a second email to which they said that was the fee for the medical visit which was ran through my insurance which I would have to contact my insurance for an explanation for that. I never received a video visit or prescription, and like I previously stated I only filled out a questionnaire.

This service tricks you into entering your information then they do a fake dr **** where they charge your insurance and you if insurance doesnt cover, I tried to cancel IMMEDIATELY and they dont have a working phone to talk to anyone and their email was quite rude when I asked to cancel . I have notified my bank if any charges occur for services I never actually received they are taking peoples money and giving out fake medical prescriptions and appointments. They told me basically I didnt cancel in time well there was no way to cancel they take your card info and you cant even take it off their website at all.

This is a nasty business. I was tricked into putting information on their site to get blood pressure medication. Once I found out it was a criminal site, they already had my bank details; and I had no medication. They just tried to steal money from my account. Fortunately, the security features on my account recognized a fraudulent organization and didn't allow the transaction. I've tried to get all my personal and banking information off of their site. But it won't let me; obviously because it's a fraud site. Please let people know these are just cheating horrible people. Please tell them to erase all my personal details and DO NOT attempt to take money from me again. Truly awful people. Innocent people should know. Thank you.

On September 5th 2024, I was about to run out of ********* for my hypothyroidism. My primary provider is a long drive away from me. I decided to look online to see if I could get my prescription refilled through an online service. Like rapid care online. Since I know telehealth is growing, I figured it should be safe and available. I found Helix VM. They advertised prescription refilled in as little as 24hrs. A doctor would review request and send it in. I figured no one could impersonate a *** or compromise Hippa, so I tried. It asked for my insurance information, which I gave. Except they said they needed a picture of my insurance card before proceeding. Which I didn't have at the time, but they scheduled the appointment anyway. I did sign a consent which was what I believed at the time for hippa reasons. I wasn't on my thyroid at the time and I have an infection, which slows my thinking, my heart, my speech, everything down. I was desperate to get my medication to avoid myxedema, so I stupidly believed this company and did not read the consent form I was signing. Again, I thought I wad signing consent to treat. These are FAKE DRS!Long story short they set a ** appointment for September 30th, and sent me a request for lab work to be completed before my appointment. I declined because I couldn't wait that long medically. I immediately canceled via email as they sent 10 emails back to back in communication. They told me I could not cancel and would be treated like any ********** and I would be billed if I missed my telehealth appointment. When I tried to sign into the account they claimed they set up on their website I couldn't get in after "too many failed attempts". I ended up getting in with my primary much sooner than this website could offer and got my refill in 2 days. This website charged my bank account $98 for false advertisement. I can't get my card information off their site, or my medical information.
