    I had a perishable package being delivered to my home for overnight early delivery. I get a message stating the delivery was attempted. Meanwhile nobody knocked on the door or anything. I call the *** store of 2nd st and the gentleman I spoke with could provide zero assistance whatsoever. He said to call the merchant or *** corporate. He claimed they could not do anything to help whatsoever. After calling the merchant they said this is an *** issue. They provided zero help even after I explained the contents will be ruined. The total cost of the contents ordered in the the package is just over $500.

    Good morning, my name is *********************** and I am the owner of ******* Store located at 102 NE 2nd St in **********

    From the complaint I had a perishable package being delivered to my home for overnight early delivery. I get a message stating the delivery was attempted. Meanwhile nobody knocked on the door or anything. I call the *** store of 2nd st and the gentleman I spoke with could provide zero assistance whatsoever. He said to call the merchant or *** corporate. He claimed they could not do anything to help whatsoever. After calling the merchant they said this is an *** issue. The provided zero help even after I explained the contents will be ruined. The total cost of the contents ordered in the package is just over $500.

    I want to clarify that we are a ******* Store franchise, we pack and ship items for our customers that come into the store via *** and ***** provide mailbox services and business services such as notary, scanning , printing among other services. 

    We are retailers and we do not deliver packages

    **************** states that he was getting a delivery from a vendor, the delivery was provided by *** ( *********************** which is a different company.

    Therefore we have no control over what another vendor does , we do not know what happened with his delivery.

    The fact that **************** contacted the store is because he was looking for help from ***, however we provided the contact information for *** for him to resolve the situation.

    It is my understanding that the package arrived at the store as an Access Point package. This is because we are an Access Point location:

    *** Access Point locations are local businesses that offer a convenient alternative option to receive or drop off ready-to-ship packages.

    Ups drops off packages when their customers are not available at time of delivery.

    **************** should contact *** or the vendor to resolve the issue. 

    We are not a related party to this transaction and therefore have no responsibility for the complaint.
