    DESERVE zero stars ! Innovative Partners, LP has TERRIBLE communication and business practices. I signed up with Innovative Partners, LP in February 2024, paid via credit card. When I changed credit cards (to get reward points), Innovative Partners LP harassed me horrifically endlessly on my cellphone. I hadn't had a chance to update my credit card. So I updated it. BUT, they have not paid my medical visits that I made in March 2024. I made 3 (primary physician, dermatology, and LabCorp for routine blood panel). Here it is nearly a year later, and I am in collections! Innovative Partners LP partnered with *************. Guess what neither organization give a c*** about my financial reputation nor do they care that I'm in collections! What was the point of signing up for medical coverage if you are not going to pay? I got the run-around from both, Marpai and Innovative. So uncool and totally unnecessary. Many times, I have called, emailed, and mailed my medical ******** as I expect them to pay my visits since I paid for healthcare coverage. Got NOTHING. As of today's date, I am still waiting for them to pay my medical bills and to stop the run-around. I want more than an apology. I want both organizations to communicate with each other, with me and PROCESS PAYMENT today for my medical visits.

    I have been trying to cancel my husband enrollment the very next day that we paid . The agent ******, ***** and *** kept lying about that it that it was cancelled and wait for your letter and when you call member services , it is still active. They even gave confirmation numbers to make you think that they did it. What a horrible experience withthis company who like to scam people for $438.00 a month.

    This is a horrible company that lied to us repeatedly about being affiliated with **********, about covering pharmaceuticals and the dates of open enrollment as they were posing as the Marketplace. DO NOT use them as they are extremely difficult to deal with in all matters, especially canceling your policy and getting refunded. All they do is lie.

    I called the marketplace a couple of years back and was conned into accepting this bogus insurance.Innovative Partners claims they are in network with just about any clinic which is an outright lie. I pay almost $200 a month for no medication coverage and I'm still receiving a ***** **** after which I have to fight tooth and nail just to report a claim. As soon as I'm done with the current situation I'm in, I will be canceling my plan. Absolute trash insurance.

This particular Partner enrolled in Innovative Partners Health Benefit Plan. This is a limited medical health benefit plan sponsored by Innovative Partners, LP. Please keep in mind that this Plan is not designed to be a major medical policy/plan nor is it designed to replace a major medical policy and has certain limitations and exclusions. The plan provides for network benefits and discounts including prescription discount benefits. In regards to prescriptions please note that not all prescriptions will be covered fully as with any benefit plan. A full summary of plan benefits was provided to the Partner before, and after enrollment and is permanently available to the Partner through the Partner Portal. This document provides a detailed schedule of hospital and medical benefits, network information, claim information and much more. For avoidance of doubt the BBB and Partner have been provided with a copy of the exact medical benefits document that was provided to the Partner.

    I signed up through the marketplace in **. I was paying $493 a month and was told that I would have "No deductible/$25 co pay for hospital visits or anything beyond your preventative wellness checks/80% coverage of catastrophic events with a $30k credit towards the 20% youre responsible for." From the start they wouldn't pay for my prescriptions in the way that they said they would. They kept sending me coupons that my pharmacist was confused by. I let that slide. The real problem was when I went for one gynecologist visit and started receiving bills from them for $349.84. I spent months on the phone trying to rectify this situation. There were times Innovative would keep me on hold for 45 minutes and then just end the call saying they were too busy to pick up. I was told by multiple agents that they would contact the gynecologist for me but they never did. Finally I had to spend two days making phone calls between Innovative and the Ob/Gyn and was ultimately told that I am responsible for lab work over $400. This was NEVER communicated to me in my initial consult with the sales agent. When I called to cancel, the ***resentative told me the part about the $30k credit was also inaccurate! I've been paying $482 a month for the last year and a half under the impression that I would be well taken care of under a wide variety of circumstances only to have this *** tell me that occasionally the "sales agents lie in order to close the deal". He actually said that! I was told they would look into a refund for me for the last month and of course, they never did. I think we are all truly starting to see what a scam health insurance is in this country and Innovative Partners is no different. Do NOT give these people your money!

    **** beware of tgis “company”. Will charge you, act like an health insurance company, set up a portal all while you are not covered by any health insurance. The They will extract your personal info. and automate charges. Please report to ftc, bbb and also have website, portal, emails shut down.

    We were told that this insurance company was accepted by all providers because they source from different health insurance companies. That was a complete lie. Every primary care that we already had would not take this insurance. They charged my card $1500 and would not refund it. It is a complete scam. Do not use them.

    a nightmare experience. its impossible to reach anyone by phone. I switched from my insurance of 25 years to this scam plan that didnt deliver ANYTHING promised. do not deal with them.

    This plan is great for basic healthcare needs but doesnt cover more comprehensive services. I had some initial questions, and customer service was helpful, but I had to follow up a couple of times.
