****** is a "slick" talker. Talked me out of $570 dollars down payment for a move in March. When I went to call her to set up a date/phone was no longer in service. 800 number no longer in service too.What a RIP guys. Don't spend my money in one place. Find yourselves an honest job !!!!

These Schisters Have a forty eight hour cancellation of contract. She changed her mind six days later and didn't read the fine print. They trimmed her for $2,700 and will not return it for services not rendered.According to her she was told by **** that she could cancel up 3 days prior to the move. I could see maybe a $100 deposit but $2,700. These folks already have an F rating.I'm going to get with a local t v station and have them expose their little game. They are out of ******* do not contact them for any services.

After submitting my move info on a moving quote query site (which was legitimate), they texted an offer of 50% off. I knew it was too good to be true, but called out of curiosity. ****** had my info, but was immediately hard-selling. She instantly offered a military discount if I so much as knew anybody with military service. [Red flag!] Next was hard pressure for me to use my credit card to set up three installments. [Red flag!] She asked my UHaul quote and dropped their rate closer to that. [Red flag.] I hung up. Shortly after, she sent me a nasty, rude text about how rude it was for me to hang up on her. Sorry, not sorry.

Horrible. Moved from Texas to Oregon. The company that picked up was 3rd party and charged me 400+ for packing material. The company that delivered also 3rd party charged me 375 because had to walk too far. None of these potential charges are explained when calling for estimate. I ended up paying a couple thousand at least in extra charges (added stuff to move). I had a 1 bedroom Apt and paid 5000+ not to mention some stuff was broken. It’s a very greedy enterprise

Deceptive advertising. Lies about estimates. They are brokers,they mislead you to think you are making a deposit toward your move which turns out to be a brokers fee. Nothing in the estimate was included in the estimate. These people just kept adding more money more money nothing we discussed regarding my move was included in my estimate. Estimate went from $3,000 to almost $6,000 0n delivery. My deposit I am told was used as a brokers fee not as a deposit on the move. Lies, misinformation, theft. this company should not be in business. They rushed in my house at 6:30pm. ******* me left at 9pm demanding I sign multiple documents and give them a tip. This company first tried to upcharge me 80 percent on the move. Then on the move, packed everything expensive up high resulting in 2 destroyed computers and 1 destroyed monitor. They didn't offer me full protection because they knew they were going to break my stuff. Using these brokers was the absolute worst choice and has cost me many thousands.

**** COMPANY. STAY AWAY!!!They will double your estimate in a heartbeat or threaten your deposit and leave. Whatever you do don't sign their contract as it is completely one-sided. They only sent one guy to move all my stuff and unload it. ******* at their office is completely rude. She hung up on me several times and treated me like s***.READ ALL THE REVIEWS. There is not one good review. I hope this review helps good honest people looking for a decent moving company.

This company was the biggest *** *** I’ve ever experienced in my life. I am filing a small claims as we speak. Please stay away from them.

I got a call from ******* from relocation nation moving asking about booking my move. We go over everything and he informs me that I can book with him today and can cancel with a full refund as long as it's 5 days before my scheduled move for june 5th. He assured me that it wouldn't be an issue and that he could lock me in at this great rate. They are a moving company and he guarantees everything. So I say ok ill go ahead a put a deposit on April 6th as this was a good price. Come April 20th we text him to follow up about the call to cancel as i wasnt moving anymore due to my company offering more to stay and he responded says "Yes I have sent(sp) a cancelation to the dispatch. My finance team will be reaching out shortly as well." We never get a call so we called him May 4th to follow up he says we need to contact customer service and then hangs up on my wife. I called in today being informed that I couldn't get a refund just a credit to a future move within 12 months I tell the sales manager what is going on he said he would talk with ******* and get back to me. This could be 4700 dollars stolen from me because they have a shady sales representative who lied about the whole thing. I was never even informed they are brokers. I would attach a picture showing the response from ******* saying he would get this canceled as well if i could for proof. I hope the sales manager comes through. I would seriously avoid this company if you plan to make a big move let alone any move at all.
