    Newsmax and its various entities send me numerous unsolicited emails daily. I never signed up to receive these emails. I open the emails only to unsubscribe, which I do almost every single time I receive them. Yet, they persist. This has been going on for months. I need them to stop.

    My e-mail has been spammed daily by NewsMax, several e-mails per day, every day. I have "unsubscribed" from NewsMax many different ways, yet I continue to get their SPAM. I have blocked, reported NewsMax as a scam/spam. I do not have NewsMax apps on all devices at all.I sign up only to wach TV on my PC. That is all. Please remove my e-mail. All I wanted to watch TV on my PC. NewsMax start to act like Chinese TEMU.

    Newsmax magazine put through an electronic check for $49.95 (5 cents less than a felony) on my dad's account. Electronic banking is disabled on his account.They do this to steal money from elderly people!

    On January 6, 2025, our customer service team spoke with the customer, ****** *****, on the phone about his subscription renewal. He explained he no longer wishes to subscribe and was given a full refund. The customer no longer has any active subscriptions and there will be no further charges.

    On January 14, 2025, after the complaint was filed our customer service team called the customers son, ******* *****,who confirmed his father has already received the refund check.

    I am rejecting this response because: the business starts subscriptions without permission. I found many complaints from elderly people verifying this practice. At a minimum this company should be required to maintain a file of recorded voice approvals that includes the customer providing payment information.

    On July 4, 2021, ****** ***** called **************** to place an order for a ****** subscription to Newsmax Magazine which came with a complementary radio for an introductory rate of $14.95. The following year, July 18, 2022, the automatic renewal for the subscription was not successful and the subscription expired.

    In December 2022, an offer was mailed to ****** ***** asking if he would like to re-subscribe. The order form was signed and mailed back to us along with a check to renew his subscription. See attached.

    Please note that a subscription is not processed without the customer agreeing to the terms. The terms are stated on the order form that the customer signs. The customer, ****** *****, signed up for the subscription, signed the form for the auto renewal and sent us a check in the mail.

    On January 14, 2025, we received the complaint. Our **************** Team contacted the customers son who filed the complaint, ******* *****, and he confirmed his father has already received the refund check from us. Again, the subscription has been cancelled, a full refund was given and there will be no further charges.

    Their Newsmax Plus throttles and crashes all during the day and night. I have sent them numerous emails about this problem. At first they replied they would look into it, then they just ignored me. I explained to them that their platform is only one I have a problem with so I know it's not my ISP nor is it any of my devices/equipment. Today I live chatted with one of their agents, I was told I was to be transferred to support for resolution. I was transferred to what looked like an IT contractor and was told if I gave them credit card information they will charge ME $30 a month to troubleshoot the problem. This is a Newsmax problem, the resolution is their responsibility. I see on face book other people have the same situation with Newsmax.
