    I have been a member for 4 years and want to cancel my membership. There is no way to do this. They have no phone number to call and no on line ability to cancel my membership. I want it cancelled NOW!!!!!!!!

    4Ocean is very disingenuous. They cancelled my membership but they didnt mention that I returned the mdse.

    They leave no way to contact them to cancel a membership nor do they ever return phone calls. They are frauds. I am finished with them

    The customer stated he wanted his membership canceled, and was asking for some money back. Customer never reached out to us about this, and has many ways to contact us. We canceled per his request in his first review, and offered a refund as well. 

    I left other ways to contact us customer has not attempted. We also do not have a returned order, never reached out about wanting to return anything.

    I made an order online and within 20 minutes I cancelled the order on there website. I even emailed then to let them now that i cancelled the order. They however ignored that and shipped the item anyway. I then proceeded to email them again and they only answered when I threatened to call my bank. They however have still not refunded me

    Were sorry to hear about the issue you encountered! We looked into the situation and found that your initial request to customer service came in outside of business hours. However, were currently working with the collaborating company to cancel your order for you.

    Due to the quick turnaround time with our collaborator, the order was processed, but weve refunded you in full. You should see the refund reflected in your account within 3-4 business days.

    On 3 July, 2023 I ordered 4 bracelets from 4ocean, for the amount of $73.00. Was told there might be a short shipping delay because of 4 July holiday.Order was NEVER received. I have placed several inquiry emails, without response. Have been sent follow-up emails to rate my liking of product, which was NOT received - no response. Opened an account to complain, no response.USPS even has shipping label, awaiting product to deliver.

After reviewing the case, we found that we did try to contact you through email, but it seems like those messages were not delivered to your inbox. It's possible the emails were caught by your spam filter. We also left a voicemail on August 22nd regarding your order as we were concerned about the delay. We understand that you are disappointed, so we'd like to make it right for you. Sadly, we are out of stock of two of the bracelet you ordered, but we have issued you a full refund back to your original payment method for the order. The refund will be processed in 2-3 business days. We also discovered that your order was lost in transit and the tracking information was not updated after it left our facility.

    As to the 4ocean response - I accept the complete refund.   BUT, I am disgusted that they claim to have tried to email me several times regarding my order, or that they left a voicemail.   I check my inbox and my spam folder every single day - NO emails were sent about the delay of my order, but emails generated about how I liked my new bracelets arrived.   I kept them all, and also responded to the ones I did receive.   And, since I am retired and home every day, I can state without doubt that the company left NO VOICEMAIL.   This is disingenious company-speak, and reflects so poorly on 4ocean.   I'd love to hear them say that yeah, they screwed up and are sorry, instead of blathering meaningless excuses.   I will never do business with them again and will tell anyone I speak to that I think they are incompetent and possibly fraudulent.

     

    BBB - thank you so much for getting some traction with them in only one day after I spent weeks without any success.   Now, if they will only process my refund in a timely manner.

    I paid $48.92 to 4Ocean.com for my monthly subscription (to receive a bracelet combo) on June 15, 2023. I have not received my bracelets for the month of June yet and have since cancelled my subscription.I either need to get my money refunded or receive the products I paid for. I wrote to 4ocean through their website contact form 3 times and have had no response yet. There is no way to call them to speak with someone about this either. As far as Im concerned, at this point they have stolen money.

    I am rejecting this response because: My original order cost $48.92 and was to include a bracelet COMBO (which should include 1 beaded bracelet, 1 braided bracelet and 1 mystery braided bracelet). The replacement order you are now sending me seems to only include one beaded bracelet (and not the other two it should also include).

    I want to cancel a monthly bracelet subscription to 4Ocean. I no longer want the bracelets. Also, I recently learned that theyre a FOR profit business, not a charity. I have tried to contact them several times in the last 3 weeks to get this done but I have never received a response from them. There is no phone number shown anywhere on their website. Theyre a fraud, and theyre hiding. How can I get this stopped?

    This is the first that we are seeing or hearing of this issue. She hasn't reached out to our customer service via email, social or by phone. We were not able to find a subscription under that email but after some digging we found an account with a matching address under a different email. We have canceled this subscription and are reaching out via email to inform her.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I did email 4Ocean 3 times and got no response.  I used the link on their own website!  The subscription to be cancelled has been delivered to ***************************, my granddaughter.  The address for her is **********************************************************************.  Odd that they had trouble finding this subscription when they so easily find my credit card to charge me every month!

    I want to be sure that this is cancelled.  Their next charge would show up on July 15th.  If there is no charge then Ill believe they have finally let go of me.

    I ordered a 4Ocean long sleeve t-shirt in early August, 2022. I'm sorry I don't have an order number, I thought 4 Ocean was a legit company so order number was unnecessary to keep. I was so wrong! I live at ********************************************************************************, and I expected delivery at this address, instead, they sent it to my old address: ***********************************************. They got this address from SHOPIFY, whatever that is. I contacted 4Ocean about this delivery and I was assured they would send a t-shirt to my new address. Saturday, Sept 10, 2022, a package arrived from 4Ocean, in it was a bracelet addressed to a woman in ********. This is unacceptable.I want the t-shirt that I paid $25.00 for, delivered to the correct address. That's all I want

    On Wed June 22, 2022, I got an email early in the morning stating beach chairs were back in stock. Order #******** and ***** tracking #************. An hour after I got the email I placed an order for 2 chairs (thank you for the bag). I paid an extra $50 to get those chairs to me by Friday (the two day shipping). No, your website does not state when it is expected to arrive (possibly on purpose). AFTER I placed the order it said delivery would be Monday. So I called ***** and was told that it would probably sit in the warehouse and I could pick it up Sat (I was to leave on vacation Sunday). 4Ocean acknowledged my order at 12:20 on the 22nd and did not ship out until 3:30 the next day. That was frustrating for me and very disheartening. So I waited and hoped only to have ***** purposefully hold the chairs in ************. So, sadly I did not get the chairs in my tight timeline. So I wasted money on shipping. Fine. When I got home and inspected the chairs I was again a little unhappy. The chairs overall look nice and have a lot of features (the price reflects it, too, and I wished I had bought them at $75-they rose to $89). However my chairs have scratches, dents, some kind black oil substance on them, a stain and the stitching is somewhat poor quality. Are they still effective? Yes, they are. But for the price I paid I don't expect to receive mildly damaged products. I have not used these chairs and they have only touched my carpet. I took pictures immediately after opening. There are more pictures but I limited it. There should also be some type of recyclable padding in the box, too.As a business person myself I wish that you would contract with **** ***** has poor shipping experiences as I see with my own customers. I don't want to return them but I would like some kind of compensation for the damage. I will leave that to 4Ocean to determine what is fair to both of us. I am a repeat customer and am trying to support the cause and business. Thank you for listening.

I do see the order was placed on the 22nd of June and was shipped on the 23rd of June. We do want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their products.
