THEN, 30 MINUTES INTO PLEADING THAT AND THE **** THAT ****** SYSTEM ONLINE DID NOT REGISTER PROPER ITEM DIMENSIONS ON MY LISTING/LARGE STROLLER, THEREFORE CHARGING THE ***** $7 SHIPPING BASED OFF INCORRECT DATA ON PACKAGE SIZE.... THERE IS NO WAY I WILL CONTACT THE ***** TO TELL HER SHE HAS TO PAY ME $200-$400 DIRECTLY TO SHIPT IT!!!! INSANE!!!!! THEN, YOUR SUPERVISOR WHICH I CANNOT REMEMBER HER NAME.... DID NOT DO ONE THING TO HELP ME, SAID THE TYPICAL '' I UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION BUT THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO BEING YOU ENTERED THE INCORRECT ITEM SIZE''. I TOLD HER ALL I AM ASKING FOR IS FOR HER TO HELP ASSIST BY CORRECTING THIS ISSUE AND PROVING ME A CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE A PROPER LABEL, AS THE MISTAKE WAS NOT MY FAULT. I THEN TOLD HER THAT IF I AM NOT HELPED, I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO FILE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS HORRIBLE TREATMENT AND SERVICE. SHE then HUNG UP ON ME? MR ****** DO YOU KNOW HOW TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS? THAT IS THE **** OF PEOPLE YOUR MANAGERS HIGHER? WOW. LOL. I WOULD NEVER HIRE A SUPERVISOR LIKE THAT, ******* AND HANGS UP ON ME? YOU NEED SOME EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND ONBOARDING HELP IT SEEMS. ALL YOUR SUPERVISOR HAD TO DO WAS ASSIST ME WITH A LABEL AND THEN BOOM DONE. YOU JUST LOST A BIG CLIENT. WE OWN THREE BUSINESSES. If I could give 0 stars I would. EBay in the USA is allowing sellers to sell pirated versions of Microsoft Windows 7 pro and Windows 10 pro. I have a laptop that is useless and I paid for this and these are pirated copied versions of Windows from Microsoft. I have informed Microsoft and every single phone number I could report fraud to and the BBB is my last report. This is criminal and this beguma2227 is a seller that is still selling pirated versions of Microsoft Windows after I've reported it to eBay no one has done anything. This is criminal in my opinion My laptop is useless. Yet this person continues to sell pirated versions and I did so many virus scans until there were no viruses left in it and that's when it revealed to me that I had a ********** pirated copy of Windows 7 pro and 10 pro. Ebay does nothing. They allow these criminals like the one I mentioned above to continue to sell laptops and these people are right in all these good reviews supposedly for this seller but apparently they haven't ran enough virus scans to remove all the malware this person installs in it and is the administrator for everything meaning these computers are hacked and yet this person continues to operate as we speak on eBay and is selling the exact same thing that I bought last July to other poor unsuspecting people. I never agreed to purchase a pirated version of Microsoft Windows 7pro or Windows 10 pro but that is what I got and I'm supposed to eat it. I saved up for 7 months to buy this only to be totally scammed and I want my money back and I am not going to stop until I get it back and this seller needs to be removed from eBay for fraud and I'm sure Microsoft will agree with me there was a 2006 lawsuit slapped on eBay in the UK and now it's the United States turn to do the same. You don't scam people no matter what no matter where no matter who. This is criminal pure and simple, this person belongs behind bars.
