I have used this company for years and have very little issues with their service, customer service and grading. Although I would prefer a higher grade, that doesn't always work in our favor as collectors. SGC has promised timelines and has always met or exceeded them all but one time. The one time they missed their timeline, I contacted them and they immediately claimed it was their fault and gave me voucher for future grading services. I will continue to do business here due to their great prices and customer service. I fell valued with this company versus the other two big names in the industry. Thank you SGC and I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.Review from Cory W

I sent in cards for grading. They told me they dont grade 3 of them. I showed them evidence that they do in fact grade this type of card. They said a manger would call me. His name is *****. He did not call me. I followed up daily and he still would not call me. I emailed him, and he still will not call me. I am just looking for Authentic grades as they do in this specific issue of card. They have one guy named ***** who is the only who will reply to emails. No phone number works. While this is all going on, they have my other cards ready to ship but will not either. I can not see a reason to use them over PSA.Review from John M

Sent in a card that was authenticated by **** and it was still questioned here and not graded. Also sent in 9 other cards that they claimed were counterfeit and took $250 from me, basically stealing $250 from me with no explanation. This is unbelievable. Terrible company - what happened to me was literally theft, and I'm seeing lots of reports like this online.Review from Josh A

I sent a card in, which I received from a pack of baseball cards. I spent big bucks to get this card graded and mailed. They said my card was counterfeit. No way it was. They didn't tell me why it was or what made it counterfeit. No where in the report was I told why. Nothing. However, I paid big bucks for my card to be graded. I then paid $25 for my card to be sent back. It took me one day to send and receive the card. It took over a week for it to be sent back. A complete waste of money and time for something that was not true. They were in a big hurry to get my money and get paid but yet gave me zero feedback. I want my money back and will not go through them or have any respect for this company at all.Review from David F.

Submitted cards for their service, shoddy fast service and poor grading. They claim they don’t keep notes or reasons on their grading. How are you supposed to know what’s wrong with card. They don’t want to be Accountable and can change their reason. Card came back damaged from when it got sent in. DON NOT TRUST this company as they are “CONSISTENTLY INCONSISTENT” they are manipulate and controlling market. They do have cheap services and fast turnaround. (But, you pay for what you get when you go cheap)
