I was trying to get help with my Dish account. I googled dish and didn't type dish network so that's how I got in contact with you. I needed help my receiver was not working. The representative told me my equipment was to outdated to help me ( first lie). He then proceeded to ask me how much I was paying a month and asked if I wanted a lower bill. Of course I did. He offered me a bundle package with Dish and ADT home security for *****. He helped me set up for ADT to come install then he would call me back to do the TV side after I was set up with ADT. He followed through and called back but this time I found out the truth to what was offered. I was now signed up with two different companies and not bundled at all. ADT was the ***** alone no dish included. He wanted me to now cancel my dish and go to ******* and buy **** equipment to install TV. I asked to talk to his manager and was told no I couldn't talk to them. He would not connect me. I asked at least 9 different times for contact information and his companies name. He was rude and refused to help. He told me I was stupid and not able to understand how he was helping me. After he hung up on me I researched my history log on my phone and googled the number to come up with Infinity Sales Group LLC. I did not receive what I was told I was getting. I was treated poorly. I've canceled my bank card because of fear of fraud. I'm nervous of repructions from sister companies wanting me under contract. All because of a commission based sale from someone outside of the original company. I've tried to cancel ADT because I felt mislead and didn't receive what was promised originally. I have personal contact name and number for the representative that helped me if that info helps *** resolve this problem. I sincerely hope the calls were recorded so it helps with training issues on customer service. There is more to this story but not enough room to explain.Review from Brittany P

Quoted me ***** for internet. After confirming on the recorded line thats all I would be charged, was charged *****. Now I cant get ahold of anyone to cancel and get a refund. *** spent hours waiting to get thru on the phone. Never get a call back when I request the option. Emails go unanswered. About to just file a fraud complaint with my bank.Review from Jennifer S

If I could rate them lower than one star, I would. I received a flyer in the mail from Windstream advertising a promotional deal for ***************** so I called the number on the flyer to get information. My call was answered by an *** salesperson who said he represented the company. *** gave me a quote that confirmed what was on the flyer and I agreed to it. When I called Windstream to schedule the installation, they gave me a completely different price which was much higher. Windstream said *** must have misinterpreted the promotion. I canceled the order immediately and called ***. They said the promotion had actually expired and the *** employee I spoke to made a mistake. I also had been given a quote for *************** for a second residence. The promotion also required autopay. I supplied the information and was told to listen to a recording that described the pricing and service. The numbers in the recording were much higher than what the *** employee said. The recording prompted me to press 1 if I agreed. I did not press anything. Instead I said No. I have a question about the price and service. The *** employee came on the line and said the first price he gave was from a promotion that had expired - the same story line as the Windstream issue. I refused the offer. That day Xfinity processed 3 withdrawals from my account. I called them but could not get help because I had no account with them! I called *** and they said they could not reverse the charges, and that only Xfinity could do so. *** gave me another number for Xfinity corporate. I called and was prompted to enter an account number. Since I didnt have one, the call was ended. It was ridiculous. Thankfully my bank helped me with the unauthorized transactions. There were 3 in all. Please, call providers directly about any flyers or promotions. Do mot make any agreements with ***.Infinity Sales Group, LLC Response

The dishonesty is rampant, with HR colluding with the managers. I worked at this company for almost two years, and it was the worst place to work. The dishonesty is rampant, with HR colluding with the managers. Employees are fined for minor infractions, and despite the minimum wage of $11/hour, commissions are reserved for a select few favorites. Managers pocket all your commissions and unjustly charge customers $50 for no reason. They also humiliate employees frequently and deduct substantial amounts from paychecks for being just a minute or two late. When all the employees met with the managers to complain, I imagine they were laughing about it afterward. Avoid this company at all costs.Infinity Sales Group, LLC Response

This claim appears to be from a past employee not a consumer. Be advised, we do not have any record of an associate or past associate by the name of *********************************. Also, our minimum wage is $15 per hour. Managers don't have access to remove money from an associates pay and apply it to their own pay. These allegations are either inaccurate or meant for a different company.

I tried calling the **** network to discontinue my account. I ******d the number of which I thought was customer service. Of course the person I talked to you could hardly understand due to his foreign accent. I was transferred to a "person" who takes care of that and he too had a horrible accent. Started asking me personal questions like social security number. I kept questioning this man. Then I was told I needed to purchase a $2.00 box to return the receiver and remote in. Questioned him again. I gave him a credit card number that has a small credit line to play it safe. I then got a ****** text to verify it. Still questioned him about it but did it. I was probably on the phone with him over 30 minutes. Finally we were done. Right away went to my bank account online and discovered I was charged $3414.49!!!! The transaction was pending to DMI ************************************** I immediately contacted my bank and they put a stop payment on it. The phone number the man gave me was 855 number. His name was *****, his ext #****. My confirmation #******. Total CON!!! The BBB better start doing something about this company. I am also going to write a complaint to **** Network maybe they can do something too.Review from Tedra H

My daughter was an employee at this company, and did not receive her pay after quitting the job. Several employees in her training were unprofessional toward her, and made rude remarks as she inquired with the trainer about the job responsibilities during training. They were not reprimanded for their actions. When reaching out to the company about the delay in receiving her pay, the remarks issued were not assuring. I took her to the location to ask if they would cancel the previous check and issue another one. She was advised to wait outside as she was not an employee there anymore. AFTER THAT, she waited a total of 43 minutes to be advised there is only person in the HR department and she would have to wait until they could come and assist her. I did not want to hear a word that was issued, so I got out of my vehicle to get the money owed to my daughter for coming to the DUNGEON everyday. The HR reps that came to the door still advised her they have no control over the pay system and she would have to WAIT an ADDITIONAL 3-5 business days to receive pay. She left the company 3-4 weeks now. We are still awaiting her little paycheck from this jungle. VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL!! I contacted DISH to have service installed in my home. Little did I know, I was talking to this company!! I was told I needed to give a card number for future use for autopay. That it would not be charged that day. Well I got the notification they immediately tried to charge $198.15!!! Then they did take it off the other card number I gave them. AFTER I was told I would receive and E-gift card immediately for $150.00 so I said ok!! Never received the gift card and called the company they pulled the recording and said The salesman completely lied to me to get the sale! They wont refund my money so I am disputing it with the bank! I talked to the actual DISH network and they said they are looking into this third party company also because they are getting many complaints about them. Your company is a ****!!!! I spent 5 HOURS on the phone with you guys and all I kept getting from everyone was Im sorry so tired of hearing that, FIX THE **** PROBLEM AND STOP ******** PEOPLE!!!!
