On the 10th of July 2022, we, Philmore ********** provided *******************************, the manager of Collectors Consortium, a consignment ( No. 492 ) of mineral specimens for her to sell at the location in ********************. Again, on the 8th of July 2023 we provided her with another consignment (No. 502) consisting of three pieces of ****** In the last ten weeks we have repeatedly called and visited the ******************** store to recover our merchandise and be paid for those articles that were sold. As of yet, the payment of non returned merchandise has not been completed.Of the first consignment, No. 492, in the amount of $681.00, Invoice No. 448 was presented to ******************** in the amount of $ ****** for merchandise that was not returned. For consignment No. 502 in the amount of $ ******, two pieces of an inferior quality of ****** one of which was not the same type as that which was given, were accepted for recovery of some value to compensate for the two missing pieces. The last piece of ****** that could not be found as well, was invoiced No. 446 in the amount of $45.00 on the 6th of February 2024, The total due remains at $ 171.00.We are not sure if the constant delays are a means to avoid payment, or just complete disorganization. In either case, we would like to close business with this company and receive the remaining amount due. Payment should be sent to our address at, Philmore ***, ***** ****************************************************************************************.

    Business response

    04/02/2024

**************** was informed by ******************************* on February 23rd, 2024 via text that his items were at the shop ready for pickup and he responded back to ******************** he didnt have time for these continuous delays.not sure that was the appropriate response ????.
On two prior occasions, **************** was supposed to come in and pick up his items at the shop and he was a no show.

We are not interested in purchasing his consignment items and his lack of fortitude to make the time to come in and pick the items up is of his own doing. It seems **************** has decided to pursue a smear campaign as way of forcing us to purchase his items instead of coming in to pick them up. We are not interested in purchasing the items, and have informed him repeatedly to come and get them.

Its up to him if he wants to get them, as we have no interest in holding, purchasing them, or doing any further business with Mr. ****** going forward.

If any further information is needed, including copies of texts indicating the above, I would be happy to provide them here.

    Thank You

    Complaint: 21439770

I am rejecting this response because:  The responce by ******************************* are a continuation of delays, and lies, concerning the payment, or return, of merchandise left with Collectors Consortium on consignment.

    Sincerely,

    *************************** / ******** **** ****

    Business response

**************** seems to not want to pick up his items. As stated, they are and have been ready for pick up as stated in my last response. There is no further response when someone refuses to pick up their items left on Consignment. **************** has created his own quandary here.

    Complaint: 21439770

I am rejecting this response because: When I was in *******, I attempted five time to pick up our consignment of merchandise.  They were never availible.  They either couldn't find them or they were sold. We invoiced the company for items that they could not return.  They never paid the invoice, and now, knowing that I am in ******** and cannot drive to them once more, they say I am unwilling to take the merchandise in return.  This is fraud.  We trake the loss and warn others that the manger,  and the proprietor, of Collectors Consortium cannot be trusted to make a honest transaction.

    Sincerely,

    *************************** / ******** **** ****
