    This company is just allegedly another shady freight broker that allegedly doesn't operate an honest business. They are out to take your money and not provide any services. We had contracted with this business to help us move a car in the future and asked them to give us a day prior to providing their services, upon executing the contract that we signed with them for the sole reason that we might end up going to get the car ourselves although we didn't know if we could make that happen and that is why we were contracting with this brokerage to help us move it for us. Prior to the time we had verbally agreed on to wait they had collected the money for their services and had claimed to have the transportation lined up to move the vehicle although it was not possible to have the truck dispatched due to the fact that they didn't even have all of the information to pick the vehicle up yet. We had cancelled the contract prior to supplying the broker with all of the dispatch information to transport the vehicle as prescribed in the contract and they stated that they were still going to charge us for their services due to the fact that they had a right under their contract although is the contrary of facts in their contract.

    This complaint is malicious and fraudulent and quite frankly not cohesive. We will be looking into further action against this person for defamation. We request this complaint to be removed immediately. Please read the attached text string messages which clearly show that the complainant.

    1. Entered into legally binding contract and credit card agreement (attached)

    2. Breached the contract (see Section 8. Cancellation)

    and when we tried to help, he only texted back belligerent and incomprehensible messages.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This allegedly goes to show the kind of business that this company is operating we trusted them with valuable personal information and they put it out for public to view without redacting it which is allegedly a federal crime that we may or may not be looking into escalating to the proper authorities. I will be willing to come up with an agreement in order to remove this complaint with the BBB if the company wants to reach out to me directly. I am just asking for them to make right by their wrongdoings. We didn't breach a contract because we asked them to not start work for us until the credit card was processed the next afternoon and they weren't supposed to charge the credit card until the next afternoon following the phone call that we had upon entering into a contract, they replied that was their standard practice and we emailed them to notify them that we cancelled the contract first thing the morning prior to the credit card being charged. You can see the conversation by text communication for yourself as he attached it there was nothing that I stated that was belligerent and incomprehensible to my messages, I just stated what my intentions were if they didn't refund the money that they charged and I am working on doing that as I stated I would. If they don't want to refund the money than I will take the avenues necessary to be compensated for our losses that we shouldn't have to absorb because we are well within the confines of the contract including and not limited to contacting the BBB.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The business apparently doesn't want to take ownership that they made an alleged mistake and doesn't want to take accountability for any wrongdoing on this transaction. We are only looking for the business to make right on their alleged wrongdoing and not continue to harm our position as we attempted to do business with this company which obviously validates our original claims as to the way this company operates and treats their clients. Apparently they have the motto that the customer is always wrong and don't operate with the reality that there are mistakes that are made on their part and they don't have a principal of operating where the customer is always right.
