Budsies made my plushie perfectly! I sent them a clear reference sheet with multiple angles and written explanations of the colors and details, and they made an accurate plush of my character from the reference sheet! The colors are perfect, and the plush design is accurate, as well! I've bought from Budsies before in the past, and I'd definitely buy from them again :DReview from Maria O

Budsies were so helpful in bringing my plushie to life. I told them how important is was for me that it be perfect, as it is a gift to the most important person in my life. They were incredibly helpful and understanding throughout this process. I absolutely loved the result.Review from Susan B

I love my new stuffed Guinness *****. He passed in May 2024, after 17 years with us. He brings alot of comfort to my husband and I. *********** kept in touch to let me know where he was in the process. My only regret is that I didn't order the biggest one, (I ordered the 16"). All in all, it was a pleasant process and the company is easy to communicate with.Review from Katrina H

My Budsies, Howl the dog, turned out perfect! My whole family loves him. He is based off a book character I created, and he looks just like my illustrations. Whenever my son or I walk by and see Howl out of the corner of our eyes, we think it's a real dog! I could not be more pleased. He is bigger than I expected, and has the perfect amount of firmness.Review from Steven B

Terrible Service, I did exactly what they asked, give size request, image, and any details needed... then they "Came back" or emailed which i did not receive, benefit of the doubt, maybe spam, but asking for "FULL body shot" umm yes, i gave them full body shot, asking for more details, not sure how much more details I can get, with the image... not worth it, best do somewhere else where they know what they are doing.

We strongly disagree with this customer's assessment of the situation.The customer placed their order on March 26 and provided our team with a single view of a very intricate design. Per our policy, our team reached out to the customer within 3 business days with an introduction and kindly asked for additional reference images so we could see how to create the plush pattern. Since we could not proceed with creating the pattern until we received the necessary images, his order was placed on a temporary hold while we awaited his response. On April 1st, the customer responded to our inquiry with a series of 5 rapid fire emails (all within a span of three minutes) demanding the order be released and threatening to initiate a charge back.Less than an hour after his first email, he left a voicemail containing threats and profanity. As a company we do not tolerate the verbal abuse of our team members and we terminated the customer's order. We notified him in writing that the order was cancelled and the full refund was processed.Review from Lindsay H.

This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with because they do not respond to phone calls. They do not respond to any of your emails. The only time that they responded to my email was when they were creating my product. This company is very misleading because they make you think that their product is made in ******* when actuality its made in *****. The product that I ordered and paid a lot of money for, it looks nothing like what I ordered. It took me six months to get this product because they supposedly had to create it with some 3-D design system or whatever and everything is totally off and wrong and the quality is absolutely horrible. A two-year-old couldve designed this better. My husband died about a year ago and I bought this for my 31-year-old daughter so she could have something as a remembrance of her dad and it looks nothing like him at all. Its very heartbreaking and upsetting, because so like they didnt even try. And Im just like so why did you send me all these emails asking me this and asking me that about my husband how he looked and everything when you didnt even do the job right and on top of it if you wanted to see a preview of what it was gonna look like they were going to charge you an extra $50. This reeks as a scam to me so please save yourself the misery and money, and dont do business with these people.Budsies LLC Response

We are very sorry the customer feels this way. Being primarily an online small business, we only have a single phone line that allows us to help one customer at a time. This customer did reach out to us via email and we did respond within our given 2 to 3 Business Days. We do our best to answer every customer's questions or concerns in a timely manner!
We in no way hide that our production takes place overseas. It is incorrect to assume that our products are inferior (or our workmanship is inferior) due to the fact that our production takes place overseas. Our designers and seamstresses are extremely talented, skilled, and highly paid. Additionally, the plush was created within our posted 8 to 10 week turnaround time and our plushies are individually designed, hand-made and handsewn.
Our team attempted to work with this customer prior to starting the plush to understand her expectations. The customer told our design team to use their best judgment. We are sorry our designers interpretation did not match her vision.
We have already reached out to this customer with a resolution to better meet her expectations. We urge her to please assist us in giving her a better experience with the Selfie of her late husband that she and her daughter deserves!

They say they make cuddly clones on their website. During the process, they say they put the provided pictures into a coding machine to make the perfect plush representation. They have told me both those claims are playful and not true at all. I did not get a cuddly clone, or even something that looked like the same breed. I have never had such a horrible interaction with a company when I reached out for a resolution. I wish I had read more reviews before placing my order.Budsies LLC Response

We have already spoken at length with this customer and offered multiple resolutions both inside and outside our policy. We do NOT advertise we create clones. This customer is using very specific areas where our team used hyperbole on our website and emails to form an incorrect assumption about how our products are made. We do our best to be as transparent as possible about the production process on our FAQs and throughout our website. We encourage this customer to please reach out to our team once again and allow our team to follow through with any of the offered resolutions to better meet the customer's expectations.Review from Mary A

Incredibly poor service. I was frustrated with the slow shipping speed and instead of working with me (or even being sympathetic), I got lots of happy face emojis and "kisses xx" as I was told tough luck. When I finally suggested notifying the BBB, I was told I was being threatening and my order was unilaterally cancelled. Do not order from his company. Use LITERALLY anyone else.Budsies LLC Response

We are very sorry you feel this way about your experience. Our team did inform you when you inquired about the turnaround time that you did not place your order in time for Holiday Delivery. Once you were informed of this, you indicated that if you did not receive it in time for the Holidays you would retaliate and report our business. As our team knew the order would not arrive in time, we did cancel and refund your order. However, we did indicate that the reason for doing so was so that you would be able to purchase something for the holidays. Excellent, wonderful, beautiful, memorable, adorable, just love our Squeak.I had this cat, one of our ***** *****, made for my husband who is in a *********** facility with severe Alzheimer's. ****** was his favorite cat (he has a brother *****************) and now he has his "own", he is so happy when he holds and talks to him, he really believes that ****** is real.Absolutely beautifully and carefully made with lifelike fur fabric, eyes, pads etc. So happy I gave my loved one a present he will *****************Review from Christy R

So happy with the results, looks just like my bulldog. Im so happy I made the decision to order from this company. Great quality, perfect coloring would highly recommend. They totally listened to my requests on adding his special marks and the coloring on the one side of his face is almost perfect. Its amazing the resemblance I purchased because I just lost my bulldog in September and I was recommended by a family member and its definitely bringing a smile to my face, Im glad I included a bunch of photos of all angles, They definitely got it spot on.
