    On 1/7/2025 my trash was scheduled for pickup on it's usual day. They did not pick it up, claiming it was too close to the mailbox, neither of my cans were within three feet of the mailbox as per the regulations. After several calls and complaints they have still refused to pick it up even after I advised them that I have this all on video from my security camera. I want my trash to be picked up immediately and to have no more issues with this company who already has a dismal reputation and believe that they can do whatever they want and you can do nothing about it.

    Customer's Statement of the Problem: On January 7, 2025, Mr. ******* trash was scheduled for pickup. The pickup did not occur as scheduled due to the placement of the trash cans, which our driver noted were too close to the mailbox. Mr. ***** has provided video evidence indicating that the cans were more than three feet from the mailbox as per regulations.
    Investigation and Findings:
    The driver's report on January 7 stated the cans were too close to the mailbox.
    Mr. ***** asserts the cans were more than three feet from the mailbox and has provided video evidence.
    We reviewed the video footage and the driver's photo submission.
    Clay County was informed of the service issue and has indicated that the cans were too close to the mailbox and supported our drivers decision.
    Mr. ******* trash was serviced on the next scheduled pickup days of January 14 and January 21.
    Resolution and Next Steps: We have taken the following steps to address Mr. ******* concerns:
    Reviewed the video and photographic evidence to ensure compliance with our regulations.
    Confirmed the trash was picked up on January 14 and January 21 without any further issues.
    Communicated with Mr. ***** to provide clarification on the situation and offered assurances for future compliance.
    Additionally,please note that collecting a container within close proximity of property,such as mailboxes, presents safety issues for our drivers. The decision to bypass Mr. ******* container was in compliance with our contract with the County, which prioritizes safety and adherence to established guidelines.
    We value Mr. ******* feedback and take complaints of this nature very seriously.We are committed to providing reliable and courteous service to all our customers.

    We are in contract with this company for the trash collection for the community. They began servicing the community in September of 2022.Always a few hiccups when you start...initially they emptied the dumpsters more often than the contract was for. The additional pickups were not requested nor approved. In March, they deducted an additional $14,902.24 from the association's bank account. I have been reaching out to them ever since. A gentleman by the name of *************************** was attempting to help me get this resolved and a refund issued. He has now stopped responding to emails and has not returned any of my phone calls in over a month.Unfortunately I am hoping that BBB can assist us with getting this resolved and a refund check issued. I have attached the invoice that reflects the charges, again which were not authorized/approved.

    This company is billing for services and equipment they are not providing. We have tried to resolve by contacting them and have not been given the courtesy of are return phone call after 5 voice messages left and 3 emails sent. We have filed complaints with Attorney General *************************** office, Hillsborough County, and with BBB. We are requesting billing adjustments of $0.00 and no further contact from this shady waste collection company. We considered using them when the ************* renegotiated contracts with all of the waste collection company's but found that they could not provide service on the date needed.
