  Me and my brothers hired them to conduct my Uncle's estate sale. The proceeds were left to my Mother in my Uncle's will. It has been several months since the sale took place. They have not sent my Mother any proceed money. They will not answer calls or emails. They have blocked some of my brothers phone numbers. They have broken the terms of the contract and refuse to communicate with us or to show proof of the sales. They have conned my mother out of her inheritance.

  I contacted estate sales by Jonesy in February to sell my fathers belongings after he passed away last year. I signed the contract and they held the sale in the first week of march. I was told that they would hold the items which didnt go in the sale in their warehouse for 90 days to sell them there. Shortly after the sale I was told that they were selling the warehouse and that everything that wasnt sold needed to be picked up or donated. I agreed to donate the 3 items they didnt sell. The lady I was working with ****** stopped returning my calls and emails and her mailbox was full. I contacted the number directly where I had a call returned by Zee ********. She said that she was the owner and that ****** quit without notice and that she was trying to figure out what was sold and for how much so that she can properly pay people. I sent her all communication that I had with ****** and when I contacted her weeks later she told me that she was almost finished figuring out the payouts. I have called and left messages and emailed this Zee person and have not heard anything back. Their website says they are accredited with bbb but now I see on your website that they are not affiliated. I would just like to get the money from when they sold my fathers belongings. It is bad enough that I had to go through the loss of a loved one to then feel like I have been scammed.
