    Purchased 3 kitchen cabinets in August and when I opened and assembled they were defective improperly cut panels leaving large gaps in back of cabinets. Went to store and was advised couldnt help me and to call customer care. ************* then falsely accused me of improper assembly ( I have 50 years of cabinet experience) and just wanted to close the case even though I insisted it remain open. **** to the store and was advised it was quality control issue. After not hearing anything for over a week I returned to the store and was told by a rude employee nothing he could do. I got tired of the run around and couldnt wait any longer without cabinets so I requested a refund and same person told me he cannot authorize a refund and didnt know who could process a refund.I was contacted by ***** from corporate to resolve issues and sent several emails with photos but no responses from anyone. I just want a refund as cabinets are detective with gaps and the sample cabinets in the showroom do not have this defect. I have photo evidence which was presented to Cabinets to Go

    We were last month to order cabinets and countertops. We met with *********************** the manager. We picked out what we wanted and paid a fee if $99 to have someone come out and measure. We never received a final price. We called and we're told she was on leave and nothing can be done. We want our $99 back. We can not wait for whenever she gets back

    I visited your Cabinet to go Store located on *************, ** on February 7,2022 since it is well known and has been providing cabinet services for a long time.I requested and created a kitchen cabinet design which was reviewed, paid for and promised to be done and all the cabinets to be in stock.Unfortunately, the service was inadequate because they promised the Cabinets to be in stock and be delivered in time was inaccurate.I am disappointed with the service, company, employees and management, first the amount of inconvenience caused was immense because of the delay, promised jobs to be delivered and the extra charges paid due to their mistake.In the process of installation, the installing contractors realized that 5 cabinets were missing 1(18x30) 2(27x30) 2(27x36) immediately we contact the store and talked to the employee ******** who turned out to be arrogant non-professional and very rude on the phone and ended up hanging up the phone.This work in my house has been waiting for weeks to be completed, I have two children under the age of 2 and my kitchen needs to be done, but because of bad information and false promises to sell the product to the customer everything has been delayed without counting that it was necessary to re-design the plan since the promised cabinets never arrived and are no in stock and I ended up paying more money for a mistake that was not mine only them and now it turns out that the second order is like the first incorrect and cabinets no in stock.To resolve the problem, I request a refund to cover the cost of paying for the business mistake and for the amount of time I have been displaced from usage of my home due to extremely late cabinet delivery.
