I was a new patient, this was my first visit. I was there for a cleaning. the cleaning was performed by a new hygienist (it was her first day and she was in training) The cleaning was the worst I ever had! It was less than 5 minutes, it was so bad that I complained after I left at the front desk. My teeth were not even polished, and she never scraped them. What was worse, the Dentist came in, ******************, she told me I needed a root canal! I had zero pain. She told me my tooth was cracked. I immediately was suspicious. I left. I went to another dentist the same after, for a second opinion.... she said, my tooth was fine! 7 months later, my tooth is fine and there is no issues with it! Then, at the end of May, I get a notice from a collection agency for $130 for the cleaning. I have insurance. I also received ZERO bills in the mail. I called the office, they said they emailed me - I never received them. The $130 is not something I should be responsible for, I didn't receive a proper cleaning and the dentist is scamming people into work they dont need! I want the collections bill retracted.

During the time of my visit the hygienist shoed me a treatment plan for the visit, I asked her specifically if it was ll covered by my insurance and told her if it is NOT, then I do not want to do it. She confirmed it was and there was no out of pocked cost for my visit. I then receive a bill months later. I called the business, they stated that. they were sorry I was "misinformed". Not to mention the poor cleaning experience, I was tipped back so far in the seat I felt like I was growing from the water I had water pouring down my face and on my clothes. I was the one doing the suction not her, I might as well been doing my own teeth cleaning. She made joke that I should have brought soap so she could have given me a facial too.....
