This company has no consideration for other people's property. These people are destructive. I have light fixtures falling from the ceiling and I have dishes falling out of my cupboard. I could understand if something fell off the wall which it did not I've taken everything off my shelves so they wouldn't get damaged. I should not under any circumstances have to take dishes out of my cupboards to keep them from breaking.

    Hi *******

Thanks for taking our call after reporting this incident.  As we discussed, there are vibrations and noise that are inherent with roof replacement work.  I wish the management company voiced your complaint sooner so we could promptly address it.  We're sorry that some of your dishes fell.  It really was unpreventable but we're still sorry it happened. The vibration of removing the roofing must have been right above the cabinet and was just plain misfortune.  Thanks for accepting our token of apology that we dropped off at the property management office.     We're glad this matter was amicably resolved.

    Thanks

On 3/7/2024, I ran over a roofing/shingle nail in the main roadway in the apartment complex where I live. The days before, the roof was being replaced by Pro Roofing Service. I went to a local garage to get my tire patched. I reached out to the apartment association on 3/7/2024 to obtain reimbursement. ************************* reached out to me saying they do not reimburse but then I need to contact the roofing company. I sent an email to ************************************ on 3/8/2024 asking for a refund but did not receive a response. On 3/12/2024, I called Pro Roofing Services and spoke to the Owner, ****. He said he will not be reimbursing me or anyone for nails in tires from their work and that I needed to reach back out to the association. I reached back out to ************************* on 3/12, 3/14, 4/2. 4/2 ***** responded and said they are not responsible and to contact the roofing company for reimbursement. All I want is to be refunded the money to get my tire patched. I have receipts and pictures.

    Hello *****

The daily jobsite cleanup was documented and walked with the onsite property manager.  The area was roped off for safety and to avoid these issues.   Your choice to drive in an active construction area is your responsibility.   We did nothing wrong and handled the project in a safe, clean and professional manner.

    Respectfully

I am rejecting this response because:

I was not driving in an "active" work area, no areas were taped off on both sides of the building. The job was already finished. I know this because I was able to park in a parking spot in front of my apartment (which had previously been taped off). The parking spots were the only areas taped off. As your team moved from building to building throughout the compex, residents were allowed to park back in their spots once the tape was removed. We assume once the tape and cones are removed, the area is clear to park, am I wrong?

I was previously forced to park in another location away from the active work area when you were working on the building I live in. This proves that I did not run over a nail in a parking spot where there was active work because we were not allowed to park in those areas.

In my ****** aerial photo, I was driving outside of the parking spots on the roadway. The roofing nail made it onto the roadway and I ran over it because your team failed to pick up all the roofing nails.

All i am being asked is to be reimbursed for the tire patch that I had to get done.

    Sincerely,
