    I had set up a recurring monthly package, but canceled in May of 2022 when we moved 45 min away to Sietsa Key. I have called over the course of 6 months to try and get this cancelled and every month someone said they would resolve and credit the issue.After November, I could get anyone live or even left a message as the voicemail was always full.In December I logged a complain with my credit card to serve notice that I am contesting the charges.The credit card company serviced them notice and I am STILL being charged now in Jan. **** is fraud and at this point I with have to waste hours now cancelling this car and resetting your every auto payment I have on it has this has been my sole credit card for over 15 years.If they want to run a business they need to be able to stop auto payment and have someone other than a high school student who can resolve and issue.

    I submitted an email request to cancel my sons membership as required per the membership email. I have called and received no response. Still I continue to be charged monthly. I would like the two charges of $22.46 on 4/11 & 5/11 to be returned. Please refund a total of $44.92 to my card on file and complete the cancellation of my membership so that there are no further charges to my account. Please remove my card from your system.

    Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/06/14) */ This response was taken verbally by BBB: All passes are for a 3 month lock in no matter what. We are able to confirm the customers cancellation has been received and she will not be charged any further, however no refund will be given as again the first 3 months are one charge. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/06/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I submitted several requests to cancel prior to my BBB complaint. My 3 month mark would have ended in May. I submitted my complaint with BBB on 5/31. They have commented they would no longer charge yet they in fact charged me once again 6/11. They do not answer my calls, their voicemail is full & they also do not return my emails. Horrible business and extremely disappointed customer. I am not ok with the response and would appreciate a refund for June 11 at least. This is ridiculous. I did not receive a response to either message nor did I receive cancellation as my most recent charge was on 6/11. Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2022/06/17) */ Sorry for the inconvenience. As stated before, each membership requires you to fulfill a 3-month minimum. Your 3rd payment was charged in May. In order to cancel, you must submit a cancellation request through our website. That is the only acceptable way to cancel. I have refunded your June 11th payment and you will not be charged any further.
