Black mold was handled equivalent to placing a bandaid on a broken arm. They were aware of the black mushroom growing outside of wall and the entire inner wall being full but just sprayed mold control and called it a day fully aware of the 1 year old sleeping in the environment. You can say ***** infestation is the norm and pest control might as well be spraying water. Making money was more important than the health of their residence.Review from Angela N

I had a really Bad experience! One of the employees, Mary d assured me that I would be approved and moved in! She called and told me I was approved and gave me the amount to bring and when I wen through the troubles to do so… I was told I was not approved because of my criminal background from 2009! I still haven’t received my admin fee back which is refundable and that was months ago!Review from ENID H

Skye Reserve is NOT BBB certified, completely disorganized, neglectful and is now charging CURRENT RESIDENTS a 30% INCREASE TO RENEW THEIR LEASES, with NO UPGRADES to their apartments. They do not explain the calculations for the higher increase, HOW they charge sky rocket rates for water/sewer charges when in comparable communities the charges are a fraction of the cost and does not include being charged for the water in the pool. Skye Reserve is infested with ROACHES. The maintenance crew is ONE MONTH BEHIND in all fixes. They are telling current tenants if they don’t like it you are free to go somewhere else. That is a direct quote from Clint M. of Franklin Street who manages Skye Reserve for the "owner" who is not willing to speak to anyone. In reaching out to *** ******* (***** **** CEO) NO RESPONSE. ********, NO RESPONSE. They are trying to get rid of current residents by charging higher rent rates with no upgrades to get them to move out so they can upgrade the apartments and charge higher rates to new tenants. It STILL won’t get rid of the roach infestation. They are greedy and only think of money.
