  He appears to reside in **************. A simple ****** search (attached) of Brandon Plumbing ************** reveals that there is a Brandon Plumbing *** in the 336 area code (same as complainant).

  We are not affiliated with them, nor them with us. Nor do we serve ***** miles away in **.

  Please close this case as filed in error, with the wrong plumbing company, the wrong state, and the wrong location of BBB.

  Please send me written documentation of the same.

  I had a main line sewer clog. Called Brandon Pumber and owner and was quoted a price of $469 plus tax. Employee came out and blew out the line from the roof. We talked about using the camera to check the sewage pipes. Employee said he did the work , but when he went to play video back it "didn't work" for some reason. Said he would send pics/video to my phone and that there were thick roots in 2x areas. Took my credit card info and owner ended up charging me $1043.64. Owner said he would send invoice but never did. He also refused to send any video/pics (because there weren't any) .Owner was contacted several more times for an invoice. Said he would send and never did. 5 days later, clog returned and owner would not respond at all. I dont believe the camera work was even completed because none of what the empoyee claimed made sense and had no video/pics to show me or playback. Then somehow the owner came up with an additional $541.81 fee and refuses to send invoice as to what he billed for. (The second plumbing service charged $275 for camera). Services were not rendered and I was charged an outrageous amount with no accountable information or invocie. I had to get another company out here. They couldn't even get the camera through the roof access point because of angle, so not sure how the Brandon Plumbing guy supposedly did. Brandon Plumber also did not check the outside line from available access point. The second plumbing company showed me pics and video of the camera, and there actually wasn't even any root damage . Where Brandon Plumbing said roots were too thick to get through was actually where the pipe was closed off.
