He filed with the finance company online. I told him I'm not tech savvy and didn't want to receive emails. He had fill out paperwork and told me he would deliver hard copy of contract. He delivered the finance paperwork.They started the work and did not cover rooftop properly and during some raining the bedroom got rained on brand new reclining bed. He send me information on professional cleaning. I asked him to come see damage and to verify work. He said he'd come and didn't. I scheduled a time with to come check work with me and I waited all for him. The next day he sent text I'm a few minutes from your Home. I was working and am not allowed to take personal calls. He said I'm ignoring him and threatened to place lien on my house.He kept saying something about signing something online but again I don't understand too much what it was. He didn't have time to come talk to me. Day he came to show me what needed I was supposed to sign for increase of loan not previously discussed from $7024.50 to $9937.00 more. When I asked too many questions he said his family was in car waiting to go to dinner and he didn't have time. He scheduled a call with finance company for 10/29/24 at 2:30 but couldn't make it. After he got the initial $10,000 he didn't have the time to explain anything else.

            Please see that in the contract there is an additional charge of $90 per board that is replaced during the Roof Replacement process. That is why there is an increase of to the contract. Also please note that **** signed both the roof contract and the loan documents of her own free will.

            Below you will find an open link with several photos of just some of the wood around the house that my employees spend a whole day replacing before even being able to start the roof instillation process. Not only did **** want and need this rotten wood replaced but it had to be replaced in order to have a nail-able structure to nail the drip edge on to. The drip edge is the little white trim that you see around the edge of the roof.
