    On June 19, 2022 Daniel Neil M******* of Dannys Tree Service came to my house and gave me an estimate of $1000 it was to remove existing mulch from the two months in front of my house to the other beds prep the ground install one pallet of Saint Augustine sod that was in the yard and then the trees to elevate deadwood and trim to oak trees and then to elevate one oak tree in the backyard and then how old debris it was also to take care of one limb that was going across my garage so it was a total of three trees that was $1000 I gave him a $500 deposit so he can pick up the one pallet of Saint Augustine and some other materials I know he specified a weed blocker he was supposed to come back on 620 which was that Monday he never came back I called him I came home at 2:30 he he didn't answer the phone so I looked him up on the Internet I found his address and I went to his house he didn't answer the door but he texted me from inside his trailer and said that they didn't have the Saint Augustine stock that he would be back on Tuesday with it I said OK and that I didn't want to be chasing after my money . On Tuesday morning at 7:30 I called him he said that he was on his way to pick up a check then he would pick up the sod and be at the house at 10 o'clock in the morning I called him because he was not at the house he didn't answer my phone noon I called him he was blocking my calls and I haven't heard from him cents I would like my money because since then I have found out that unlike the piece of paper he gave me he is not license he is not insured and I do not want someone who is not licensed or insured walking on top of my roof or climbing the trees on my property that if they fall and break a bone they're going to sue me . I have attached the invoice that he gave me where he shows that I did give him the $500 and that there's a balance of $500 His new address is: 6434 Black Dairy Road, Seffner FL XXXXX
