This complaint is being filed because they are the management to my HOA and they handle all their *********** July 1st, 2024, new state statutes went into effect, specifically for HOA'S but apparently they are optional as goes for abiding by them. F.S. *******, states verbatim; 14) REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE AN ACCOUNTING.A parcel owner may make a written request to the board for a detailed accounting of any amounts he or she owes to the association related to the parcel, and the board shall provide such information within 15 business days after receipt of the written request. After a parcel owner makes such written request to the board, he or she may not request another detailed accounting for at least 90 calendar days. Failure by the board to respond within 15 business days to a written request for a detailed accounting constitutes a complete waiver of any outstanding fines of the person who requested such accounting which are more than 30 days past due and for which the association has not given prior written notice of the imposition of the fines.I still haven't received a detailed accounting. I was the same accounting I can print myself. Considering certified mail with return receipt is approximately $9. I highly doubt that is what legislation intended for detailed accounting. If I wasn't so ill and didn't have an impending back surgery, coming up, to remove a bone tumor, I would have more fight in me. Regardless, we will have a vote amongst our voting class and changes will be made.

This homeowner is in legal matters with the association. The association attorney responded to her request and provided the requested documents on August 21, 2024, following the statutory requirements.

We no longer manage this association and any further complaints should be directed to the appropriate management company.

6-8-2023 I pay Compass Rose Management $175.89 a year through my ********************** maintenance fee. Hurricane debris from hurricane ***, eight months ago, is still lying on the ground next to my Cedarbend Townhouse. The *************** of Directors and the President of the Board told Compass Rose Management in November, seven months ago, and in February, four months ago, to remove the debris. CRM will not do it. The hurricane debris is still outside my townhouse. I told ***************** of CRM that I might hire an attorney, but I decided not to. **************** blocked my emails. I want him and his property managers to unblock me and clean up the mess outside my townhouse. Thank you.

    To whom it may concern,

The storm debris has been cleaned up several times. We were instructed to do the cleanup and have done so. I apologize that **************** is not happy but teh association has limited funds so the landscaping and such will be in disrepair for the foreseeable future. She has threatened us with legal action, so we have been directed to send any and all correspondence from the past to the Attorney. And they advised us to block her emails after we tell her that she must correspond by us mail.  The Board reviewed the cleanup, and they agree that it is fine. In an average week she would send out ***** emails complaining about everything from the neighbors to the homeless people sleeping in the trees on properties we don't even manage. Please be reminded that we work at the direction of the Board we can only do what we are directed to do. The landscapers have also done a cleanup. We have tried for the last several years to appease her but, no matter how hard we have worked in the past to make her happy it's just not possible.
