    They run a bait and switch trick. First you pay a $399 deposit fee. The contract says they will come out , diagnose the problem and fix it. So the tech comes out for 20 minutes and does nothing. Next, I got a estimate to fix what the first guy was supposed to fix for $1,100, Ridiculos, the job is very small. a 15 minute job to replace 2 breakers. This business technique is designed to have you pay $399 for nothing, then they tease you to have them come back for $1,100. They are dishonest.

    Lack of timeliness to loss of power to a portion of a dock. Excessive Charges for Services. Unable to use boat lift. Separate breaker and still had lights to dock at this point. Requested an estimate 5/8/2023 then after calling on status of estimate, 5/11/2023 email request of deposit payment of $406. On 5/11/2023 pay the $406 and wait. Call again to ask when they will be out to assess when no further communication. After another email, informed they will be out on 5/23/2023. Spend 2 hours and then told that a wire will need to be re-pulled thru the conduit. Approximately 50'. They disconnect all power to dock and leave so now no lights to the dock either. On 5/26/2023, still no estimate received. I email and call to ask to have supervisor return my call. No calls returned but finally receive an estimate at 2pm on 5/30/2023. Estimate $8,825.00 This is to pull 50' of wire. Dock already has new Outlets and Waterproof boxes. Excessive charges and no human communication from this company upon repeated requests.

    ******************, we are very sorry we did not provide the quality of service you were expecting from us. We love what we do, and we enjoy solving problems for our customers, it seems that in this case we fell short of your expectations.

    We take full responsibility for our actions, and we agree that we did not provide the level of service that is expected of us. In the period of time we are discussing, our company was operating at maximum capacity, and we were not able to respond to you in a timely fashion.
    When we did respond, we sent you an incorrect estimate, which was much higher than it should have been. That was due to an internal error as we calculated the charges for the service we were offering to you.

    The charges that you disputed, should be returned to you, and if you have any issues with that transaction, please reach out to us.

    We hope that you were able to get your dock to work properly, and we remain at your service should you need us in the future. Once more we apologize for inconveniencing you, as we wish for you and your family to have a pleasant rest of the summer.

    Wouldn't schedule an appointment without me making a $425 deposit, estimated the charges sight unseen, and now will not refund my money. I tried to cancel with them less than 24 hours after making the deposit. They refused to refund my money despite an appointment never being made, and no services or goods provided. I wish I'd read the other reviews before I gave this company my money, I see now that it's a complete scam. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company, and have reported them to the Florida Department of Agriculture, The Attorney General's Office, and  the Federal Trade Commission. Beware, no company should require a deposit upfront before they will even put you on their calendar. Next step is small claims court. This business is so unethical.

    Terrible company! Charged me a $250 deposit for a quote then mis scheduled the assessment appointment to when I couldn't be there. Which I clearly let them know I worked out of town and couldn't be there. They showed up anyway and walked around the outside of the building which I needed electrical work inside of, then sent me a very high quote almost another month later. I got absolutely nothing for my $250 yet they refused to refund any of it. Terrible communication and customer service. Beware!!

    Had them do a generator maintenance for me and the entire process was super easy and I was at work when they came and were still able to have the technician perform the maintenance. Ladies on the phone were super kind.
