The worst builder in SWFL! Told us 15 months to build, coming up on 41 months and still not in. CO was issued before all work was complete. How is that even legal? Electrical not finished as per plans, roof boot not secured and has been leaking since Nov. Zero communication with builder even though they say "with you every step of the way" I firmly believe billing procedures are shaddy. Received an invoice with someone else name and site number on it. When brought to there attention they changed it to our name and site number. Upon sitting down and going over all the addendums (signed off on) they are trying to include overages as per things going up! Of course material will go up it's been well over allotted time frame . 41 MONTHS! They say it was due to not having workers, well let me tell you something they were not paying people, that's why they didn't have workers!!! This information is factual. Not to mention we picked out our tile only to receive an email that it was no longer in stock 6 months after the fact. Went back to the tile supplier and the saleswoman took us outside and told us why our original flooring was no longer in stock. Coral Isle was not paying them so they had a stop order for the company. It's been an absolute nightmare! The worst part of it all was my son was looking forward to being in that house with us, needless to say next year he is off to college. So many memories missed out on. I could go on and on about why not to choose this builder and have so many other families saying the same thing. Horrible people, stay away!

This is absolutely the worse experience I have ever endured! Over 3 years to finish my house! No communication, terrible customer service, big promises and no delivery. Promises of "only" 4 items that could raise the price. Nothing but excuses when the $60k SURPRISE **** came due. Wouldn't listen nor negotiate. I watched the "skilled craftsmen" and all of their mistakes during the build, beginning with a large hump in our stem wall! The answer: "No worries, we can fix anything!" Even a pool leak! They've never heard the concept of doing it right the first time! Absolutely no supervision on-site. Once that last draw is paid, you're on your own! 1 year warranty and I have to call the contractors for repairs! In the house 3 months and already had 2 cracked floor tiles, a sliding door, and shower glass replaced. Irrigation flunked inspection 3x. Drywall imperfections galore! Too many excuses. Buyer beware! I would NEVER recommend this "custom" builder. Too many lies. Don't be sucked in by the sales pitch!

We are sorry to hear of Mr. C*****'s extreme disappointment, however we wish to reply to his complaints.
Regarding lack of communication, I have over 50 emails which I personally responded to as well as too many texts between us to try and count going back to March of 2022 before we even scraped his lot. Dirt was delivered to his job site in April of 2022 and we received his CO in October of 2024, so although 2 1/2 years is not at all what our builds were prior to the pandemic and four hurricanes, it did not take over three years. Yes, mistakes were made here and there over the build because humans build homes. But all were corrected. We give all clients a list of our subcontractors with their contact info and it is explained at their walk through, that they may contact the subs directly for any warranty issues. This is to streamline any repairs and scheduling of appointments. This is much more efficient for the client than them having to contact our office and then a third party trying to coordinate appointment scheduling. The sliding door and shower glass were identified as defective prior to his walk through and replacements had already been ordered. This was explained to him at his walk and when the items became available, they were replaced. We did a ninety minute walk through with him and repaired everything he found, so I'm completely unaware of drywall imperfections other than what was targeted and repaired. Yes, the landscaper had inspection issues and conveyed his sincere irritation at those involved. Again, people make mistakes and no excuses were made. He was kept informed regarding all of this. I continue to receive communication from him as recently as last week and have replied and handled his concern with the subcontractor, so as unfortunate as this complaint is, it is filled with inaccuracies. We stand by our product quality and are sorry he is so unhappy.

Worst company I ever dealt with in my life. No customer service. Once they have your money and contract in hand. Good luck. Rude and condescending. Say one thing and do another. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this organization.

This is quite a generalized statement, however this is the only thing he may be referring to. This gentlemen has been closed out (CO'd) for just over two years. We recently heard from him asking us to repair garage floor cracks because he is selling his home. We advised him that he was out of warranty and garage floor cracks are not a warranty item in Florida anyway unless they displace or separate more than 3/16ths of an inch. If he felt he had a structural issue, he has a 10 year structural warranty for which he has the documents in order to make a claim.

We stain and fleck all garage floors as a standard in order to minimize the cosmetics of floors which crack, but many times these cracks are inevitable in this area.

This has been a terrible experience. They tell you items are included in your contract then they do not honor them. We have crooked windows, drywall issues, paint issues, cabinet problems and they are not responding. This is a terrible company and I would ever recommend them to anyone. They have filed bankruptcy several times and changes names. I would never recommend to anyone

Through numerous emails since this client took possession, "crooked windows" have never been mentioned. There were very minor punch items of which some were corrected and others had to wait to accommodate the client's extensive travel schedules. The cabinet issues were identified by us during construction and a mutually agreed plan was made. All original items were corrected, however the cabinet company has agreed to address some additional items recently identified. When we were contacted by an attorney representing them and we again attempted to get a list of repairs, we were told they had fixed everything themselves except a small area of drywall and paint and a window stool which our superintendent has been carrying around for months. I contacted the husband to obtain an updated list and get scheduled and never received a reply back. And stating that we have filed bankruptcy several times is simply slanderous.
