    On November 12,2023 I ordered a sports jersey on-line from premium gear. On November 27th, I received an email from premium gear stating that there was a delay in processing the order. I replied that I needed the jersey by December 22, and if I wasn't going to get it by then, I wanted to cancel the order. They told me I would have it.I subsequently emailed them on December 11 and December 19, inquiring about my order. I also received an email from them to "share my thoughts" on the jersey, even though I had not received it. I again tried to cancel the order.Eventually, I filed a dispute with ******** and purchased a jersey locally. I then received a hostile and threatening text and email from Premium Gear as follows:"Why don't you reply our email and open the dispute? Are you unable to read? I said you just received it first. If you are not satisfied, we will give you a full refund. We have full proof that your order is on its way. If you do not resolve the dispute, we will appeal to the end. If we win, you neither get the jersey or the money."After that exchange, I blocked them on my email and my texts.The jersey arrived on December 26th, and I mailed it back the next day. I have not received a refund, and ******* denied my dispute. I am out $91.98, and I don't know what else to do. I did contact PremiumGear again, but I am hesitant to speak with them after the threatening email
