I took my car there this morning to have it wash. This lady that was yelling at everybody working there was having a meltdown. The employees were so nervous that they were forgetting to do things to the car already paid. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes because nobody knew what car was being dried. One fella ask for my keys, which I didnt have and the lady started yelling again. Do t talk to the clients! You are not allowed to speak to them. You call me. Now no one knows where my remote is at. Horrible service for ***** including tip!

Ms. Brenda Maldonado brought their vehicle into our car wash and discussed the service they required with the Service Writer. The store was busy with many people having their vehicles cleaned after Hurricane Milton, however, the Service Writer diligently, patiently and politely ran through the options with Ms. Maldonado. After the vacuum, while the finishing services were being performed, Ms. Maldonado got into the vehicle and started giving instructions as to what ‘needed’ to be done. Ms. Maldonado was asked to allow the staff to complete their tasks. Ms. Maldonado also complained about a portion of the vacuum in an area where the carpet was worn through, and we had the vehicle return to the vacuum area to correct any failings. Ms. Maldonado drove toward the vacuum area, and when asked for the keys or to move the vehicle to the vacuums, Ms. Maldonado started complaining loudly to the Service Writer, who asked Ms. Maldonado not to shout at them. Ms. Maldonado then raised their voice higher, at which point the Service Writer responded. After a brief to-and-fro, the vehicle was completely re-vacuumed, and Ms. Maldonado went searching for a Manager to whom she complained about the vacuum and the Service Writer. While outlining their complaint, Ms. Maldonado actually stated to the duty supervisor that the Service Writer had asked them not to shout. Despite being satisfied with the re-vacuum, and having been told that their complaint had been noted, Ms. Maldonado continued to loudly scold the Service Writer who had remained at a distance and had been attending other customers. Ms. Maldonado was invited a number of times to move their vehicle – not only because their service had been completed to their declared satisfaction, but also because there were other customers waiting to occupy that work area. The Duty Supervisor informed Ms. Maldonado that they were, at this point, provoking a situation which was unnecessary. Ms. Maldonado eventually left
