Everyone at the company is awesome. Helped me every step of the way. Did exactly what they promised. My estimator was great. The roofers were very efficient. All of the office people responded immediatley to every question. I would highly reccomend them to anyone needing a new roof.Review from Danny W

Janney Roofing offers a great price and great customer service. Each person at every step was easy to understand, professional, and efficient. From our consultation to the drop off of supplies to the roofers getting the job done, Janney Roofing knows their business and they do it well. ******* was especially communicative and friendly. Just had a reroof completed. Great experience from start to finish. Always informed and kept up to date during the whole process from start to finish. From **************** who gave the estimate and explained the process to **** in the office who kept me up to date with job start date and supply deliveries to ************ who was on site during the course of the job. As issues came up, I was kept informed, and they worked quickly to rectify any problem. Clean-up was great and could not find any debris/nails around the home. Glad I choose Janney to complete this work.Review from Lorna D

Janney Roofing and Restoration with their entire team did a fantastic job of not only a total roof replacement, but also interior walls, ceilings, and painting. *****'s assignment of his professional team managers ****, ******* and ******* left me with a finished product that has my neighbors giving me compliments. The project manager paid close attention to all details and kept me informed from the very start. Janney Roofing is an over and above business. ZERO STARS Janney Roofing does NOT understand what NO SOLICITING means in Residential HOA neighborhoods with signage POSTED. Police have been called multiple times to enforce the no solicitation and the representatives have been verbally warned on multiple occasions. Knocking on homeowners doors offering a FREE roof inspection to those with clearly newly replaced roofs is NOT a good sales tactic. IF people want a roof, they know how to do a simple ****** search. Put your door to door sales people up on the roofs that need completed faster, and youll make more money. Stop Soliciting. Nobody likes it and I promise, NOBODY in our neighborhoods will allow you to perfom any kind of inspection let alone replace their roof simply because someone knocked on their door. Enough is Enough. Your solicitors have combed through our neighborhooods 3x now. Learn your ****** and GO AWAY!

Janney Roofing is a first rate contractor. They are a very trustworthy partner when you need a roof replacement. They will prove to you that they are the best option for roof replacement. Their contracts are easy to read and are simple. Their shingle selections are better than their competition. They do what they say when they say it. Janney Roofing ******* replaced our roof and at the end of the process I felt completely satisfied. They take care of insurance inspections, city permitting and in-process and final inspections. They were in and out in 2 full days **** till dark. Awesome work!Review from Carole B

In less than 5 yrs I have had rain come in my kitchen and living room after getting a new roof after Hurricane *******. I signed up with NOK ******** and they used this third party. I have had a tarp on my roof for a month being told it would be a wk. or 2 at the most to have someone come out and look at the problem. About 1 and a half wks ago they asked for a denial letter from my insurance and photos of any new damage after a storm went through waiting on them to get here. We protected our roof staying up all night making sure the tarp stayed on w/ sandbags. My insurance has blamed this on the roofers and have denied any help. It is going past a mos. and I am getting the run around. My insurance company and everyone I talk to says no new roof should be leaking. We have had no storm come through or hurricane to cause any problems to this new roof. 2 people that work at NOK roof company has contacted them several times for them to help me and I am getting the run around . I simply need help so I can live normal and not have a tarp on my roof and stressed out when rain comes.Review from Catherine K

From the moment I reached out to ******* for some assistance in looking at my roof, it was such an easy process. He, and the rest of the people we worked with, were incredibly responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding us through this entire process. Any questions we had were answered efficiently and we were never left with any unanswered questions when it came to the roof replacement process. They kept us in the loop every single step of the way, and provided multiple updates and photos the day of the re-roofing. The job was done in one day and it looks BEAUTIFUL! The gentlemen working on our roof were very kind, professional, and quick to clean up after the job was done. As first time home owners, we were definitely in the best hands. Janney Roofing is the best. They stand behind there work and warranty. Irma at the company in the office was kind, and understanding of my needs. She is so special Janney Roofing is lucky to have such a great employee. The project roofers Longino and Martin who came out to assess the roof were knowledgeable and respectful. The roofers who repaired the roof Diego and the the other roofer who came later to help, they both were professional and respectful listened to my husbands questions and answered them. They were very conscientious workers. They cleaned up after there work. Excellent workers. I highly highly recommend Janney Roofing they are # 1. Thanks Janney for making my repair easy and standing behind your principles and warranty.Customer Review Rating
