            Hired Kevin to install a new HVAC unit on 02/25/2022 and paid him a 50% deposit of $2,450. He looked at the job, quoted and we agreed to a contract. He has not performed the work and will not refund my money. Each day is another excuse as to why he never showed up to start the project and now it's an everyday excuse not to refund my money. He canceled the contract over 30 days ago since he just could not meet the obligation. He has made so many promises about refunding my money but nothing yet. I just want my money back so that I can hire someone else to do this job. Contract is attached and I have a print out of all text messages back and forth where HE terminated the contract and where HE promises a refund. The text message folder is too large to attach.

            In February of 2022 a/c mini splits were purchased from the company and was suppose to be installed. It took the company 1 month to actually get to my house because of many poor excuses and no call no shows. When they actually came to install they left a mess. When we went to use the mini split in the room, one of the mini split was leaking so bad that we actually almost fell if we didn't notice it. When we reached out to get it fixed, we were told they were going to be there over the weekend. No one came. When we called in Monday they said they are 30 minutes away. It got to the point when every time I asked if they were coming it was always we will be there in 30-45 minutes. That was 2 months ago. It is Florida and it is hot. I have 5 kids and the a/c isn't working. I need it fixed or to get my money back to actually have it done the right way.
