I had a new a/c system installed last year. Have had service, *****, come out every 6 months to check units. No issues found!Office staff is great!Just had a whole house a/c filter added by *** (2) and *******. Great crew! I purchased a new system in February 2020. At the time my husband was a 100% disabled veteran. I wanted him to be comfortable and not have to worry.About every 6 months the unit has malfunctioned. They come out and give different reasons get it going until it malfunctioned again. My husband passed away a year ago and I am still dealing with this.I have asked they they replace this as it is clearly defective. This past weekend the unit went down again, They told me it needed freon but it was too cold to do it. I asked to have the service manager call to explain why this continues to happen. I have called yesterday and today but no return call.I have invested over $10,000 in this system that has never properly worked.I want the system replaced,Review from Jack V

I couldn't be happier with Nation Heating and Air. ************* tech came out to do a free 18 point inspection on my A/C unit. I watched him do the inspection and he was explaining everything to me. He was very honest as I had a few parts that were ok for now but will need to be replaced in time. He didn't try to push me into buying anything that day. Just recommended what was needed in the near future. It was so nice to have an honest service tech come out and didn't mind me hoovering over him while he was doing my inspection and also showed me what was good and not so good. I appreciate National Heating and Air for there great customer service and will be calling them again when I'm ready to replace the parts that are needed. I was also given a quote on those parts and with everything going up in price I felt there price was fair and reasonable. Look forward to doing more business with them.Review from Danielle M

The guys from National are great I have had a problem with the system turning on and off. I called National and rose sent Joe and Junior out and they solved the problem quickly. I believe they charged me a fair price as well. It's not often that you find a great company you can trust, but they have been my HVAC company for years and I wouldn't use anyone else. I have been taken in by this company. I have a contract for maintence, and every time they are here it costs me hundreds of dollars, My last maintenance wasn't even done, even though a repair man was here! The representatives will lie and tell you upgrades are needed and they are not! Do not be fooled by this company. Do not believe their stories, get a second opinion, as I did.Review from Cortney S

Extremely unprofessional technician. Advised that my AC unit had servers damage that was not worth fixing and could not even be fixed for several days and that I needed a new unit. I had my regular AC repair technician come out to provide a second opinion to find that the issue is fixable and does not require a new unit. This business is absolutely unprofessional and takes advantage of its customers.
