    This company is a complete FRAUD! I paid $3500.00 for them to help me with my registration. I told them my registration was already done (by myself). They said they would make sure it was done correctly. There's only one way to do it. You can't possibly do it incorrectly if you follow instructions. Next they tell me they will help me write solicitations to win government contracts. When I find the contracts I want to write for then they hit me with another 1000 dollar charge or 2000 dollar charge. I ask them I thought that's what the 3500 dollars was for and they stated that was to do my registration, that was already done and to give me assess to their prestigious website to see all of the solicitations first. This was all a scam to get money and I will pursue this with every legal aspect available to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. YOU CAN ABSOLUTELY DO IT ALL YOURSELF AND ITS ALL FREE! I hope they are ready for a fight because I'm going after them to get my money back all barrels blazing!!!!! These crooks play on the emotions of us consumers not knowing and they take full advantage of that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE OUT OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND NOTING TO SHOW FOR IT!!!!!

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/12) */ The representative here that worked with Mr ******** spent hours with the client to explain our services, the process of working with the government and searching for federal opportunities. Any proposal that was set for us to write bids for the client is standard for the industry and he declined all of them. The original charge was to set up the SAM and capabilities statement to be ready to bid on federal contracts. There was no indication to the rep that Mr Willians was not satisfied with the service that was provided on their many phone calls. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/05/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not accept the response because I told Adam at our initial phone call that everything he was talking to me about was already done. He (Adam) keep reiterating that they would make sure it was done correctly. I replied "it's correct"! You can't set it up wrong because they won't allow it to go through and be completed. Adam stated they would help me obtain government contracts BUT every situation I found that I was somewhat a subject matter expert with they (Adam) would tell me they could help me but it would cost thousands of dollars more. They even offered to renew my company with the government for several hundred dollars and I told Adam that it's only the push of a button and I'll do it myself. Several certificates, renewal, ect Adam wanted to change me several hundred even thousands of dollars to do and I told him all of this is free with the SBA. He tone of voice changed and he appeared annoyed and he stated "yeah it's all free". I have a friend who is just as unhappy with this fraudulent company as I am that's only preying on the unexpected. I will hire an attorney with my next course of action but to anyone reading this DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. YOU CAN DO IT BY YOURSELF! The website Adam states will get all of the opportunities first is not true. You will get just as many if not more opportunities on the regular government website sam.gov. This company is not being honest and I will at all cost get my money back from their deceitful ways.

    I am a small business trying to get into government contracts. At first, I thought this company was directly associated with the government and getting my registrations in order. Not once did they disclaim when I was talking to them that they were not part of the SAM system. I purchased the SAP system on Thursday and on Monday I emailed the company stating that I would like a refund for the SAP application only- that I was okay paying the 600 dollar SAM registration fee, even though it was free on the official sam website; and the 2,000 dollars veteran-owned small business certification. I just wanted the 3450.00 refunded. The account manager then stated that they could not issue a refund due to me already logging in to the application and possibly stealing company knowledge. and if I didnt log in and came to them sooner it would have been diffrent. The 48 hour time fram fell on the weekend in which they were not open. i requested a refund through email the following business day. She then stated over the phone that they get more contract in their system which is falls because any federal contract needing sam verificatioin has to go through sam. i just want the 3450 back. I dont care that i spent 600 on registration or the 2000 for veteran busnies certification.

    This is a 3rd party service that helps with SAM.gov registration. They pose as a govt agency and told me they are one, that I need their service in order to proceed with a service that's actually free. They charged $599 and then upsold me to $2100. I sent a request for a refund within 24 hours - their website says they have a 48 hour policy - as soon as I realized they've cheated me and lied to me. However, they are not sending me my refund receipt. I've called their customer service number 4 times and each rep **** hang up on me as soon as I say I'm calling about a cancellation. I think they charged my company card another $2100 but they won't tell me so I don't know!! I asked for a full refund but they aren't confirming they've given it.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/11) */ At no time does USFCR represent as the government or imply that any customer must use our services to be an approved vendor. Customer requested to cancel on 3/8 and was refunded and contacted the same day from the billing department to confirm the full refund had been processed and provide receipts. Please see attached.
