    6/7/24 the begining was a $5/month per 3 month cancell prior and that was to stop the auto. billing however in the month of Aug 24 a automatic withdraw was $54. and now sept. a automatic withdraw of 54. you can see in the cancellation from the date, my bank was notified and advised me to notify you and the Elder Affairs, I have not received my refund yet please help

    Hi Mr ************** apologize to hear about the issues youve been experiencing with your account. After looking into this, it looks like you have washed your vehicle 2 times (September 8, September 16) even after your promotional period was done. You were charged full price of $50.28 on September 7, and October 7. Which is why I can not issue a refund for your September 7 charge. Our terms and condition does require a 3 business day cancellation notice before the next billing date, but as a courtesy I will refund your October 7 charge

    On 11/19/24 I replied to the business offer to refund me $50.28 but as of today's date I do not show any refund to my account. Will you please advise when this refund will take place so I can confirm receipt and close out this complaint as resolved.

    It appears a refund of $50.28* was credited to me on 12/09/24. I had not noticed because it went on a card that I seldom use (just noticed because I got a hard copy in the mail), thank you for your help in this matter. *Sunshine Car Wash

    On Saturday 5/6/2023 I went to Sunshine car wash and paid $35.21 for them to wash my truck, this amount included a tip for the workers. I was waiting for my truck to be complete and the on duty manager said they needed to show me something. They took me to my truck and the rear passenger side panel of the truck bed was caved in from right behind the cab to the fender well. They explained that the young man working there got in my truck after it came off the conveyor of the car wash. They said he turned the steering wheel too sharply which caused the truck to crash into a concrete column that is outside of the car wash. They said they would refund my money for the car wash and contact me on Monday 5/8/2023 to get the repairs scheduled. I told them I needed something in writing stating they were responsible and would make the required repairs to my truck. I asked the manager to call the owners of the car wash so I could speak to them, they declined to give me that information and said I could not call them. I gave them my business card with contact information. I received a hand written note explaining they had damaged my truck. I took pictures of my truck parked in the location where they took me to show me the damage. I told them I only have one vehicle and would need them to provide a rental while they were fixing my truck, the manager said they would not do that for me. I cannot go to work without a vehicle. I went back to the Sunshine Car Wash on Monday 5/8/2023 and the same manager that was there on Saturday was working, I told her I had not been contacted and she again re-assured me the owners would be contacting me before end of day. I still have no communication from them. The damage to my truck is extensive and it will affect the value of my truck as it will now show it has had body work done when previously it was a clean title truck.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They have set up their insurance to take care of the claim.  On Monday I will take my truck in for estimate and get scheduled for the repairs.  As long as they follow through and get me a rental car and get the repairs done I am satisfied with their solution to the problem.

    Date 03-28-2023 Paid $36.33 Provided me only the car wash phone nobody from management I requested a name from Cashier ****** was told it could not be provided.The car was brushes damaged my right door channel strip pulled it out. When I call ********************* the phone up and stated to me she gets these kind of calls all the time.

    This verbal response was taken by BBB.

    Our business has signage clearly posted that we are not responsible for any damage to cars older than 10 years.

    I contacted this customer on April 3 to discuss his complaint but have not heard back from him to date.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They sent email, but their offer is unacceptable.  I also responded to your request on April 13, to 2023 by e-mail 11:25 a.m. that they have not made any attempt to reach out to me. Let me state this for the record they have signs posted big enough to let you know what the price of car washes will be. I will state this fact again who would get their car wash knowing that if your car is over 10 years old they will not be responsible for damages, ****** is in immaculate condition you accepted my money with no strings attached. I have paid ********** $ ****** to repair my car, I expect no less than half of that amount to resolve my issue anything other than is no acceptable. Please not this for the record this should be placed on their record so no one else have to experience this.
