    On December 30, 2022 I purchased a 2023 Honda Passport. I left the dealership with a registration that expired February 2024, along with a line item on my contract showing where I paid for that registration. When I renewed my tags in February 2024 I discovered that the registration I paid for was cancelled on 1/6/2023 and expired in February 2024. I drove for a year with no legal registration on my car, but did not know about it until I had to pay the revenue office for the year my vehicle was unregistered, even though I already paid.This is clearly a breach of contract and fraud.

    I had an appointment for an oil change @ 7:15 am. I arrived early @ 7 so I could get outta there earlier. I was the 2nd car there. As i waited for a service manager I asked if I could get my car in sooner. The manager said it was 7:09 And I was early and to go sit in waiting room until my manager got there, I waited and went outside and asked when manager was coming, and my car was sitting there running with Noone around I grabbed my car and left. I guess I shouldn't be early to appointments getting my oil change Not sure if manager ever made it to work?

    I have battery warranty with Auto Nation Honda. My car did not turn on today and AAA helped jump start my car. They said my battery is bad. I drove to Auro Nation Honda Clearwater, ** US hwy 19 with my 6 y.o daughter. Once I arrived I told a service member that my car needs a new battery. Service member told me since I have no appointment I must leave my car here until Monday! I said how am I going to get home to which he responded to take a UBER! That was so rude. I said I will not take an UBER and I will not be leaving my car from Saturday Jan 14, 2023 till Monday Jan 16, 2023 for just a BATTERY replacement!! I asked for a supervisor and he said there's none. I called coorporate office and filed a complaint to which they will get back to me on normal business hours. The man from Autonations Honda Clearwater name is "Art" according to him. Don't know if that's true since he has no name tag or identification. After him seeing I wasn't leaving and hearing me talk to coorporate, he said he will change my battery! I'm currently waiting in the lounge, but I'm very upset with the lack of customer service. Name: ******************

    I feel like I have been bilked. I have taken my Honda to them 4 times to have the a/c fixed and after paying them over $2,000, my a/c is still not fixed. Each time it was"fixed", I had a/c for a short period of time and then it stopped again. At this point, I believe they were just adding freon and not fixing anything. The last time I had it in to have the a/c fixed was May. The a/c was working when I took it back in July to have oil leaks fixed. It cost $4,500 to fix the oil leaks and when I picked up the car the a/c was no longer working. I was furious!!!! After I cooled down, I called the service writer to see if they could check to see if they knocked something loose. I was told I had to pay to have it checked. Nope, not another dime. At this point, I believe this dealership needs to refund at least some of my money for failing to fix the a/c on my van.

    Do not buy from this dealership. I purchased a 2020 supra from this dealership that had damage before it was purchased. The damage occurred after they took the photos and before we picked it up. We took photos and got it in writing that the dealership would fix the damage. Here we are 1 month later with a damaged vehicle still and terrible service / communication from the dealership. They also advertised the vehicle as having apple carplay when it did not have it. Very predatory dealership avoid at all costs buy somewhere else. Detailed timeline. Purchase on 8/22/2022 agreeing to repairs being made. I was originally told I would have more information on Wednesday or Thursday at the latest for when and where to get the repairs made. August 23: Reached out regarding apple carplay and told to check with Toyota August 24: Reached out after I was informed by Toyota it does not have carplay and can not be added without extensive work. Reached out to dealership and was told "sorry" nothing can be done and I repeatedly asked about it during out conversations about the repairs being made but there stance was always "not our problem". August 25: Reached out for an update on repairs as I had not heard back yet about it. Was told they were checking with a manager and would hear back soon. August 29: Reached out for another update, was told nothing yet. August 31: Reached out for another update, was called and told they forgot about me but will get it taken care of ASAP. If I wanted to get quotes from local body shops to speed up the process I could. I got 2 quotes (both for $2526 and $3806). Was told by the dealership the quotes were to high and they will do it themselves. September 1st: Reached out again, was told the manager would contact me (dustin) and was given his email. I emailed Dustin Back and forth emails with still no resolution as of 9/21/2022. The car still has not been repaired or had carplay added.

    I bought a 2012 jaguar. Was told to bring it to anyone of the auto nation. They were not able to fix it. This is less than a month. The service I got it's not a good one. They all have something different. Amir was the one I talk to. And went I try to reach him on the phone no answer. They all know the car had a problem and still sell to mi. I tow the car back to the company. This no answer from them. They are a bunch of liar's. The price you see is not what you pay. This car breaks down in less than a three weeks. Not fix as yet.
