    I called in reference to a windshield recalibration. (For record I have an auto glass business). I had replaced a windshield and could not recalibrate the camera. So I called lokey kia they told me no problem we can get that done in ***** minutes however they were running into the same issue I went through. And after they told me they are still charging me for work they didnt even complete. Calling me and telling me the are going to report me. However I never signed anything, they never reported their policy to me that even if work is not completed as requested you are still liable to pay for it. For reference I work with insurance and because I could not a get a completed recalibration I cannot get paid by the insurance because THE WORK IS NOT COMPLETED. Take your business elsewhere this is predatory and bad business. You dont go into a restaurant and order food and they say oops we couldnt make your food, however heres your bill!!!! If you dont pay we are reporting you. Grow up and accept a loss

    Beware of service charges !Today 10/16/24 Lokey Kia replaced one ABS tire sensor $530 Part was $70 the rest charged as labor! This is Price gouging of which I spoke with them about! Their response .. that’s the price ! I will take my car repair business elsewhere !

    I was a bit dumb and naive for thinking the flyer I got in the mail from lokey Kia was legit. It was a scratch off in which I won $500. I called to ask if it was a legitimate and they said yes bring it on in. I got there and after trying to sell me a car so I could win a free tv lol they went back to check the prize. $ 5 in scratch off tickets . This is a petty situation but it’s misleading and after reading previous reviews indicative of business practices. I’ll be buying a car in February but it won’t be from lokey Kia.

    The mailer clearly states an individual has won up to $500.00 in scratch off tickets. The numbers on each mailer have to be checked against the prize board located at the dealership to determine the exact amount. This customer received $5.00 in scratch off tickets for just showing up at the dealership. Sorry he did not read the mailer properly.

    I bought a 2021 cargo van from Lokey Kia August 2021. There was some undisclosed problem with the previous van title which Capitol One would not release and prevented licensing, registration titling in my name. All I knew is that after sending Lokey my VIN inspection, I waited for my vehicle to be registered and licensed. I called Lokey repeatedly and asked to speak to the sales manager and finance officer I worked with, both of which no longer worked at the business one month post-sale. The one person who would communicate with me via text was the car salesman. No one at Lokey would pursue helping me resolve this issue so my vehicle could get licensed. Accounting was aware of the setbacks, but did not help or communicate with me on the case. No amount of calling Lokey resulted in me being transfered to the one person who could resolve this and problem solve with me. I filed a complaint with Florida state Attorney General's office October 2022 which was forwarded on to FLHSMV, Florida DMV. In October-November 2022 FLHSMV was successful in getting Lokey to respond by providing paperwork to Utah DMV, however I was not informed my paperwork was at my local DMV until Dec 26, 2022 when the car salesman texted me to go to the office as my paperwork was there. I arrived and was told I owed $433 taxes and fees and that Lokey had not enclosed a check for the fees they charged me at closing. Lokey charged me $729. The DMV read me fees collected at closing and it was a gross overcharge. I reached out to Lokey again stating I was charged the fees and itemized them requesting a check be cut and sent to me so I could go back to DMV and pay fees myself. Accounting did communicate with me via phone this time and cut me a check for the $729 and change I was charged and Fed Ex'ed a check that arrived the next day. It took Likey Kia 16 months to complete this task of providing paperwork and my fees for me to register, license and title my vehicle.

    Lokey Kia is sorry for the experience with this transaction. The issues presented in this transaction are unusual. Lokey Kia was diligently working on getting this resolved. Yes, the finance manager was no longer working for Lokey Kia as your transaction was being finalized but all of the sales managers have worked for the company for at least eight years now.Also, the title clerk was in communication throughout this entire process.

    Just another day of leaving a bad review for Lance Parrot's staff of lying ********. I just wish they would off themselves so we can have just a little more air to breath. I'm sick of tired of dealing with Kia in general. I will not spend another dime of my money on Kia. If you think that you will receive any kind of customer service after you purchase your vehicle from this Kia (or probably any other Kia), you are sadly mistaken. I have had issues at multiple dealerships, but these "people" were where my issues began. I would list, but not enough room. How do you not check for a dead battery before you sell someone a car? A nail in the tire? Check engine light on? No radio antenna? I feel like such a moron for falling for their "Certified pre-owned 130-point inspection". They can look for another sucker, because again, I won't spend any more of my money on this terrible company. I can look myself in the mirror everyday because I don't rip people off for a living. The people that work at Lokey Kia can not say the same. Another bad review coming soon. You all want to waste my time? I will waste yours.
