For the most part I have had a good experience with Equity and Help. I am getting divorced and now my wife needs all statements from Equity and Help even though it is a non-martial asset. There was never a location for me to download statements. They were emailed to me. As far as I know they were not sent to me in consecutive order and I am missing statements. I require statements from the close of the account of 2023 to as far back as 2018. This is the account that my mom held, ******************* in which I was the **** I apologize in advance for having to file this. And I have sent several requests but they have been ignored. I promise to immediately withdraw this is someone can just provide the *** statement's for my account or give me access to something that I can download them directly. Thank you very much. *******************

    Dear ***,

We acknowledge the receipt of your claim with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We would like to clarify the following points regarding your statements in the claim:

    1.     "There was never a location for me to download statements": The reports from 2018 to 2019 were sent to you via email in Excel format, as at that time, we did not have a portal for online access.

    2.     "They were emailed to me. As far as I know, they were not sent to me in consecutive order, and I am missing statements": We find this statement to be inaccurate. According to our servicing agreement, investment reports are scheduled to be sent on the 20th of each month. We have consistently adhered to this schedule since the inception of our operations with each investor. We possess records of each monthly email sent to you, clearly demonstrating the timely delivery of these reports,

    3.     "I require statements from the close of the account of 2023 to as far back as 2018": Attached, you will find a zip file containing reports from May 2018 (the commencement of your investment) to November 2019 (when we transitioned to a new reporting software).

The link below will direct you to your reports from December 2019 to February 2023 (the cessation of your investment with E&H).
    ***************************************************************************************************************************************************

    4.     "I have sent several requests, but they have been ignored": The ****************** conducted an investigation in conjunction with the **************************** It was found that your requests pertained to tax reports for 2023. You were duly informed that these reports would be dispatched in February. Additionally, we would like to clarify that we do not possess any IRS reporting forms, as you do not have any further properties registered in our system.

Should you require any further assistance or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I was just informed today, March 11th, 2022; that my mortgage was raised from 724 to 738, in July of 2021. This would be no issue, had easyhomes not been charging me 25 each month for each late fee, for a mortgage, I was not informed was raised. There were question of an email, no phones calls or letters regarding this raised mortgage. If my math is correct, this company has wrongfully taken 915 dollars in late fees due to this raise in morage. On top of that, when I purchase this place from them I was told it was move in ready. It cost me 6000 to put in a furnace that was supposed to be there. As well as the will not do anything about the open mine in my yard. Very bad business
