The team headed by **** ****** and installation specialist ***** ***** performed an outstanding job. My heating/cooling unit failed days before the temperatures were forecast to drop below 35 degrees. They came out to troubleshoot the unit the same day I called. The unit was no longer serviceable and needed a complete replacement. It failed on a Saturday and by the following Tuesday I had a new system up and running just in time for the freezing temperatures that arrived Wednesday morning. It was apparent they love their work and are good at what they do. Highly recommended.Global Cooling Response

Excellent and courteous service. On maintenance day, the technician did a detailed inspection of the unit and found a piece that needed to be replaced. He told me that piece was under warranty. He ordered it and it was available to be installed before the expected estimated delivery time. The company contacted me right away to schedule the repair. Today the unit was repaired and it is working perfectly. Thanks *** for your professionalism.Review from Jennifer R

********** helper were great .Global came out the same day my ac fan quit,that was also great .What was not great was they charged me $ ****** for a new motor on top of the $125 service charge for a total of $1039.00.The same fan motor goes for $ ****** on ******. I understand they have a mark up , but this was too extensive ( seeing I had most of the work done , opening up all panels & cleaning the *******************Global Cooling Response

Greetings Mr. ******* This is *** the owner of Global Cooling. I'm very sorry to hear about about your situation that you had with our company. Our motive is to always strive to please our customers and make sure we walk away with you being completely satisfied. As far as the motor, that is our standard price in our price book. That motor is a special X13 motor that is not ordinary and is pricy. I don't really like to compare us with other companies but I do feel the need to let you know that I know a lot of other companies in our area that actually charge more for that motor. We are one of the cheapest when it comes to that particular motor. Again, I'm very sorry for you feeling that it was too expensive. We have a policy of not installing a part unless we get full approval from our customers to avoid any issues.
