Paid to pick up an install 2 toilet from so did not clear..left glowes..***** left out take old tiolets away but told me it was in deal..wanted over 50 dollars each toilet to take away..boxes new toilet came in an trash from removing tpilets left in front of garage. There was trash an marks on floors on both bathrooms floor..put all trash an ****** he used in boxes..did not say anything on trash..3 hours work for over 600 dollars

If you can provide the contract name you had with ****** for the installation, I can better address this issue. our technicians must take photos of every job they do in which we do have. Regarding the removal of your existing toilets, this would be a ****** issue. With all paid installations, haulage is included, which means we will carry out your existing products and place them where you tell the technician to. I can also confirm whether your contract included a paid dump fee for removal - as the scope of work details if dump fees apply in. Once you provide the contract name, I can provide it to you and BBB if you have paid the Dump fee for each toilet. and provide photos of before and after the job.Review from Bill G

They do an enormous amount of work for the *****/*****/**********, and this is how we were introduced to their company, Jimmy was a pleasure to work with and he removed 4 of our old toilets and replaced them with our new toilets with no hassle. Jimmy was efficient and knowledgeable, and we will be using this company again for our future plumbing needs. hard to find a business with such great Punctuality. Coordination Skills. ...Communication Skills. and ones that show up. I have met three of their technicians already, for varied reasons from, installing a Sink, to Fixing a broken pipe in our wall.
The office is great to work with Tracy, and Danielle, take the time out to answer all questions. You receive a text message the evening before reminding me of my appointment, and the next day when the technician is on his way to our home. They have it together at jshm&plumbing. AND I WILL RECOMMEND to all my neighbors and family members and that stranger who needs a compassionate, Plumber who is not out to rip his customers off!
